Congrats on the CC birthday! I started last year, but lost my way in late Feb. When i found myself back here again, i wonderd why i ever left. You are right, the foods you can eat are numerous, but just make the right choices! Hopefully I will be here in eleven months celebrating being a thinner, healthier me! |

I am with you my grapefruit sister! I LOVE eating a nice pink grapefruit after my main lunch. ALl my friends accept and admire my ability to eat grapefruits. They were actually talking about it today at lunch. They wished they liked them b/c they look so damn good.
Anyway next time someone pisses you off, try to angle your grapefruit to squirt in their eyes. They will not bother you again! |

Thanks for all the hugs & advice- i woke up this morning feeling better about everything. Stepped on both scales got my real numbers and now am ready to move forward.

6 pounds is great ! Congratulations. I came back to CC jan 5th and have lost 9 also. It is pretty sad that by only eating normal regular food i lose weight. What does that say about my eating choices before? Yikes! Ans SNOWFENCE...wow 86 pounds! that must feel amazing. Any hints for us newbies? |

We had those at my work teh other day. They were 130 calories each!!! I was amazed...2 bites my butt. I woudl need to have at least 20 to equal that many cals! |
