I gotta say I am totally feeling bad cuz I know I am not going to have as big of a loss as so many people have been reporting this week!  I will hopefully has a loss but I am totally PMSing!  Haha! 

I have to go to the gym before work so I get there when they open at 4:30am.  I have no motivation to work out after working all day and a 2.5 hour commute!  I used to go to aerobics classes and I loved them!  They don't have any that work with my schedule now tho.  I have some DVDs but it's just not the same! 

Thanks init! Its all a mental thing!  I know what to do in there I just need to get over it! Haha!

Hi everyone!  Sorry I haven't checked in before now...but here I am!  Haha!  I gotta say you all seem like a lot of fun! 

As far as workouts go I am trying to come up with a new routine.  I tend to do better if I work out at the gym as opposed to working out at home.  I am trying to find something that works with the eliptical, stairmaster and heaven help me, running.  I need to incorporate strength training as well but I tend to get a little intimidated in that area of the gym with all the muscly guys down there. 

I hope you guys are all having a good week and hopefully we will kick butt at this week's weigh in!

I am so glad I am not the only one that didn't count this weekend!  I was feeling guilty!  I had an unusually social weekend.  I have kinda been living in a hole these last few months so I am proud of me for joining the real world again.  Just gotta make better choices!
