You need to stop shtting around, lower your exercise, get serious about eating what your body needs.

I doubt very much that peanut butter will make you blow up unless you eat a ton of it.

Have a peanut butter sandwich and some fruit juice.

green can be an ugly color. This is a support site- Just b/c your problem is eating too much (like mine is) does not mean that others can't have the opposite problem.

I agree with Feanor.  This has nothing to do with jealousy. This is about a young girl who consistently posts similar threads. One day, it's I ate too much, and the next, it's I over-exercised and ate too little, and then next day, she writes that she is happy with her weight, so why lose. I wish these threads would stay in Health and Support, or that the OP would actually get some real medical help. This obsession is not healthy thinking. The fact that she is concerned that just some peanut butter would bloat up her 110# body just shows me she isn't serious. I'm not trying to offend or insult, but I have only been on this site for 4 months and I am so concerned about the behaviors I see around here. I don't know how much healthy support it actually produces and how much it may hurt all the young girls/boys with eating disorders, especially if people don't know someone's stats and are encouraging them to lose more weight (such as an above comment, that "I thought it's a good thing to eat less?"). I'm really frustrated.

Ok first of all, this thread is done. This was YESTERDAY, why are you still posting? Second, I AM getting medical help. I AM happy with my weight and I AM trying to maintain. The reason I posted yesterday's thread was because I didn't want to wind up binging, which usually happens when I eat too little in a day. And I've been eating up to half a cup of peanut butter a day for the past couple of days. It's not a bad thing because it's basically my only source of protein, but thats why I'm bloating up from it. Call it an allergic reaction if you will. I understand your frustrations and concerns, I do, but don't post them under my threads because I'm TRYING to get better.

1.) As for your recovery, I don't believe you.

2.) I'll make it a point not to read or reply to any of your daily threads and maybe you should let people know your rules for posting, as in "can't post the day after a thread was made."

Wow, it is busy in here :)

Sun, you lasted a long time with the spaghetti squash, haha. I'm still avoiding it, but I am currently obsessed with grilling/steaming asparagus. I have never eaten asparagus in my life and now I can't stop.

I have finals next week, so from today on, I am in full study mode. Hopefully I can force myself to work out so I can stay with my challenge. Yesterday I made vegan cupcakes (cookies and cream and banana split) for a party at my sister-in-law's. Luckily, we could only stay for a minute, so I couldn't eat any more of them (I had to taste test them before I brought them over).

It's snowing here! My husband and I are planning our move out of Michigan, probably in two years when I finish my second bachelor's at U of M. I'm sick of this crappy weather and the even crappier economy.

AHH HAHAHA! I think I have to hold off on any "FU" tattoos until I'm done with school, too. We could do "BBQ TOFU!" on our knuckles, though.

Hell yes.

We're tofu buddies.

I think we need a secret handshake or something!

I'll tattoo "TO" on my hand and you can tattoo "FU" on yours, so when we shake hands we'll make TOFU.  The "FU" might not work depending on your choice of occupation though... ;) I'm a computer science major; I might have more leeway.

I love BBQ sauce baked tofu. I use Annie's Naturals Organic BBQ sauce, minced garlic, and minced onion.... marinate in this mixture for an hourish in the fridge before baking and eat with a baked sweet potato and steamed veggies. Mmmmmm.

We're tofu buddies. Right now I have tofu draining in the fridge and Annie's BBQ sauce waiting to go on it :) A baked sweet potato sounds good; I need to run to the market.

Another good way to use tofu is as a tofu ricotta for lasagna.
