I just wanted to state that when i had started this i full time breastfed and did so until he was 15 months- i 5'4 went from 190 to 145 lbs and that was eating 1800 to 2000 calories the whole time with only 30 min work outs 4 days a week! i would say it burns about 500 |

i am now trying hard to not do daily weigh in- so i dont get discouraged but a weekly set time would be great- fridays are good- ( right before the weekend- just in case any probs- lol) but what do you guys think? and peachy just remember by taking it off slowly you keep the weight off- and you will be gorgeous no matter what! my day i was 185 lbs and 4 month preg- but i didnt care - it was my day- and your day will be so special dont even worry about it! |

u need to find food that is worth the calories to eat. u dont have to eat stuff you dont like just try diff things- if i want a sundae i will eat one bc if i dont i cant get it off my head, i just dont indulge w/o making it part of my cals or just eat less the next day!- once you discover the right foods to eat you will notice how bad the wrong food is! fruits of all sorts and vegies- i love bell pepper slices and baby tomatoes, bananas peaches grapes cherries fiber one bars- oats and chocolate 100 cal packs almonds i eat healthy froz meals for lunches at work there really is a variety of stuff out there besides when u find low cal stuff - u can eat cup loads of watermelon or 1 cookie- i like to eat all day so i eat low cal items |

Omg i am so excited to have all you with me, its so nice to have support. devious- i had bought a jump rope , but omg it is hard to keep it up. Alot of cal burned but wow it is hard!
peachy- a wedding would be some pressure for sure, but try to think of the working out and eating as your way of helping yourself! I have faith in you! I did my 30 mins of work out on my lunch break today, and then we had a really severe storm that knocked our power out. So we had to go out to eat bc i couldnt cook. ugh! but i kept my cals at 750 until dinner then i got a chix taco salad at this lil american mexican place and had a serving of tortilla chips with a lil cheese dip. i didnt eat much of the salad so im hoping im still good! I hate eating out just bc you never know the actual calories! Any good suggestions for eating out? |

I actually use tamilee- they get my heart goin but arent so hard that i cant finish them. i have been enjoying them! I got mine on amazon ! She has a small variety of them too! |

Sure i can always check your journal to see your progress. I always feel so mediocre in the workout part of dieting, but i just purchased a couple new dvds to do some new stuff. I love the tamilee workouts they make me feel pretty good about myself. I think i want to shoot for 1400 cals- how bout you? |

Hi im Shauna - and this is my second try at finishing what i started. im about 145 lbs and would love to hit 130! I am an avid food lover, and think about it to much - all the time. I workout currently about 30 min 4 times a week and just do videos at home. i would really like to get motivated to do this! i would love some friends to talk with along the way! |

hey v! I have struggled to really get motivated into wanting to try again, i have a fear of failure :( We have both lost so much, and i say you look really good at your current weight too!
I am a mom of two and work full time , i only do 30 min of working out 3-4 times a week, and was looking towards 1500 cals, i love to eat! I am not a strict dieter bc i love food! But i really need to try this out again! so if we can check back in whenever that would be awesome!

well at first the scale said 149.4 like 3 times but eventually it read 150.4 again- i didnt try this week- hubby was off work due to rain and i tend to get lazy when he is home - but next week gots to kick it in gear again!
how are all of u doing?? |

im so glad i relate to so many of u- sometimes i feel so alone in this but all of u are so right! i didnt even think i was fat until i saw christmas photos- i even saw the weight on the scale with no thoughts- but i didnt admit it myself that ya im fat! i didnt like that i felt so unattractive when i actually noticed- and my hubby could not believe i was losing so fast in the beginning he figured i wold continue to lose fast but it gets harder and slows down alot! and i do hate how when peep act like u havents changed- hello lost 20 lbs - now u can say something!! i do work hard at this and it is alway always on my mind- i cant help but talk about it every day!! now i feel im irritating my peep who need to lose weight but dont try as hard bc i mention cals to them all the time- but i want everyone to be healthy not just me! |

on this site u can log sitting at a comp and typing as exercise but i feel that is stupid- i walked up to a place not far from me pushing my kids in a stroller and i runaround the court dribbling not just shooting baskets bc i get my 2 yr old to run around with me with her own bouncy ball! i make myself do the extra running for it to be a workout too! but sometimes i just get sick of wrkout videos and i dont get to use a gym so i wanna do something! |

definetly eat more! im 5'4 25 and was 185-190 and consumed 2000-2100 and with barely any exercise i lost down to 165 easy! it just came off- i listened to my body and never didnt eat what i wanted just portioned it and made room in my cals for it! if u seriously workout that much u should eat like at least 2100!! im at 151-152 and still nursing my 10 month old and now am on 1600 cals with 30-40 min workouts 3-4 times a week! good luck!! |

ooh i like that choc mousse idea! thanks ladies- maybe i need to rethink how i am eating- bc i am so hungry during the day- and the night i just dont need as much! eyes bigger then stomach situation! thanks again everyone! and i should be happier that i am eating so much better then the past- we used to eat double chzburgers - like 2 - then hit DQ for a med blizzard- thats like 2300 cals there! ouch! no wonder i went from 140- 190 in a matter of time! |

welcome back georgieann!! when my baby was that age i ate around 2000 cals and the weight just fell off! now im at 153 and jd is 10 months and my body is being difficult! if i was u i would try the 2000 cals if your milk weakens that fenugreek herb is supposed to do wonders! so look into that but i try to throw in weigh training for 30 min 4 x a week and 1600 cals but i keep losing motivation but hopefully i will pull through this as will u ! good luck |

im so discouraged- i have lost so much motivation- still at 153 and i get so frustrated i eat all day! my hubby gets home by 8 and we eat all together as a family when he gets here but im so ready for dinner by 630 i eat and then end up overdoing cals bc i eat the dinner and bc its my only real meal with real food- (lunch is soup and breakfast is cereal) i am so craving the meat and pot type dish! i need to reconsider my food choices bc i dont think i am satisfying my hunger with the proper food choices! what do u typically eat? recently been craving choc milk alot! |

i havent even been able to tackle emotional eating- when im mad i want sugar stuff- ice cream, cake, just a big piece of dark choc something.... and i still do it- but to .... olivia- being stuck in a bad relationship is going to hinder weightloss if u are mad or sad u will eat bad and hopefully u will see happiness once u 2 break up bc when someone is bringing u down with them then they r just goin to depress u into more food! Find what makes u happy besides food- what hobbies are u into?? today is weigh in day!!! so i hopped on my scale and usually do like 5 times- and the first 2-3 times was like 151.6 then from then on it was 152.8 :( - dam it . i never understand y my scale changes like that! but hey less then 153 cant complain i suppose! maybe i was just producing more milk- lol! i am reducing cals down to 1650 now - i need to take advantage of bfing now before i stop end november and have to go to 1400 cals -- boo :( HOW DID U DO??????

i try to pick up diff videos for working out bc i get so bored so easily. I hate working out and i only shoot for 30 min about 4 times a week honestly. my motivation was after having baby #2 i didnt want to be the fat momma i wanted to be the hot mama that everyone looks at and is like - "u have kids?" but staying motivated is hard- everyone compliments me and it makes it harder to continue on so thats why i come back to this site and get motivation from all of u! |

so awesome - everyone is doing pretty well then-- i have such a hard time putting myself on a diet with ordered foods and guidelines. Shellyg i love carbs- i feel i need them for some reason and so i look for the light version of breads and lays light original chips- mmm mmm good. But awesome u are doing good. my lil man is almost 10 months so im throwing in a cup of milk a day just to eventually wean him by the time he is 12 months- wow- time has gone fast!! i think breastfeeding is slowly helping me- but in the beginning pounds just fell off now my body holds them - i have been basically 153 though and i really want to hit 135!! thats less then 20 lbs! im excited but it is tough with all these bbq's! Although i bought some turkey brats the other day- wow they were good!! and a good snack toasted light english muffin- 100 cals and 1 tbsp hummus- 25 cals! awesome!!! i think i always have food on my mind- irr:(
