Breakfast- folded eggs

Lunch-Subway 6 inch turkey sandwich no cheese and ruffles light chips

Snack-Apple

Dinner-Grilled Chicken Breast, Baked Potato, Green Beans & Salad w/veggies

Light Hot Cocoa

Popcorn & xocai chocolate square

I did this program on my own and I loved it.  I lost about 40 lbs in the first 4-5 months and since then I have lost another 20lbs.  I am not doing the bible study part any more but I do still follow the eating part.  It is a great program!  I never felt that I was starving myself or depriving myself of any foods.  It just taught me how and what to eat and it is not a diet, it is a whole new way to eat healthy!

I am going to Vegas this weekend too.  I am going to enjoy myself and not worry so much about what I eat !

January 5, 2008 138lbs

I started my new way to eat and lost 40lbs in 5 months the rest has come off slowly the rest of the way.
