| I did this program on my own and I loved it. I lost about 40 lbs in the first 4-5 months and since then I have lost another 20lbs. I am not doing the bible study part any more but I do still follow the eating part. It is a great program! I never felt that I was starving myself or depriving myself of any foods. It just taught me how and what to eat and it is not a diet, it is a whole new way to eat healthy! | |||

January 1,2007 194lbs January 5, 2008 138lbs I started my new way to eat and lost 40lbs in 5 months the rest has come off slowly the rest of the way. |
