You probably have hyperhydrosis. Try Certain Dri. I belive there is a prescription called Drysol that you Dr. can write out for you. Mine was bad for a while but it isn't as bad now. |

| Well, if you are going to try adding whey protein to something - the oatmeal mixes better. Both oatmeal and Cheerios are low fat, low cal and have good fiber. I think they are both yummy :) | |||

| Here are some ideas for snacks with protein that I like to eat. Cottage cheese is a good source of protein a handful of almonds, or 1/2 can of Tuna, which I eat before I work out. Whey protein as mentioned before is packed with a lot of protein. You can have shakes - lots of varieties and I like to add a scoop to some oatmeal, mixes well with it. | |||
