Hi! My name is Jami, 26 and I'm 5'6" currently at around 145 lbs. I recently went from a very physically active job to a sedentary office position. Around the same time my motivation to work out has declined. I would like to get down to around 130-135. I started the CC and have found that my eating habits aren't so bad, I just need to stick with it and get back to working out. I have a trip to Las Vegas planned for early May, so this is my goal to lose the 10-15 lbs by! Reading everything you guys have posted has been very motivating...let's do it! |
