Greek yogurt is better than regular yogurt (i.e. Dannon, Yoplait, etc.) because it is lower in sugar and higher in protein. The major difference is the texture, which is thicker for Greek yogurt.

Ok, I had like THE BEST ROLL EVER last night.. and it's annoying because I don't know what was in it except that it had sliced steak on top of the roll- maybe some avocado, raw fish and other unknown ingredients. Unfortunately, it's also not listed on the restaurant's menu. The next time I'm there (probably next Wednesday), I will be sneaky and write down the ingredients because it was to die for.

On a side note from sushi, I tried their ice cream and the flavor was red bean. Anyone tried it? SO GOOD! It reminded me of chocolate...

This place I'm going to tonight has a "mango and avocado roll." Even though I'm not a vegetarian, it sounds delish!

Recipes Breakfast Sandwich of the Gods May 20 2009

My "Breakfast Sandwich of the Gods" is smoked salmon and eggs cooked sunny side up in between two slices of whole wheat bread. You could even add a slice of cheddar in there. But, the smoked salmon gives it a GREAT flavor (especially mixing with the yolk), and if it's cut thin enough, it's only about 50 cals.

I feel guilty to admit I don't like drinking water!! Often I force myself to drink a lot throughout the day, but I also go through lazy times where I hardly have any. It's not like I'm drinking sodas or anything instead, I just don't drink anything lol. I know it's bad!! I DO usually try haha...

And ummm, I don't really like chips!! If I'm going to treat myself I'd rather have something like chocolate :)

Me too! But every once in a while, I get REALLY thirsty and then water is satisfying. Most of the time, however, I rather just not drink anything. Except maybe green tea...

It may be the fact you've had soup twice today, which is very filling but not very calorific.
