I'd suggest you start buying 'real food' rather than all this Weight-watchers, low-cal and low-fat junk.

^this.  Food that comes out of the earth > 'food' that comes out of a factory.

If you want to build muscle tone, heavy weights with low reps will give you the best results.

I don't know how a french press works, but how exactly do you think it add fat to coffee?  the coffee you use in a filter machine doesn't have any more fat than the coffee you'd put in any other brewing machine, does the french press add anything else?

. . . I think is a major pain in the butt to separate eggs, plus I have a hard time wasting anything, so it is tough on me to throw the yokes in the trash . . .

So, your not willing to throw some perfectly biodegradable egg yokes in the trash, but you'll pay extra for someone else to seperate the egg, throw the yoke away and then put the white into a carton that'll sit in a landfill for the next 1000 years?

Why not the leg press? I do it and I have been getting stronger by doing it so what is it hurting?

Your knees, hips and back to start.

From Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe: "[discussion of why the smith machine is bad].  And a leg press machine - the "hip sled" - may be even less useful.  This device restricts the movement of joints that normally adjust position during a squat, thus restricting the expression of your normal biomechanics.  The leg press is particularly heinous in that it allows the use of huge weights, and therefore facilitates unwarranted bragging."

Is it ok to have 30% fat (or more) on a 2500 cal diet YES! and roughly how many grams fat would this be? also how much sat fat is advisable in these circumstances? As much as you want (but if you aren't eating dairy it would be hard to get it up very far)

Was it to call me fat?  Lazy?  Fat AND lazy?  Fat and pregnant?  Or was she poking fun at my otherwise thinness by calling me fat?  Like calling a fat guy "Tiny?"  I just do not understand.  I'm totally confused.  Why would someone say that?

What she was really trying to get across is that you way-over-analyze things and should just let it go.

So, men physically assault you on the street and you start a thread because someone said something mean to you?

Makes sense to me.  Dirty talk hurts worse.

I'm reminded of an old saying about sticks and stones...
