| I'm truely shocked at the number of us that are in our 20's and want to lose 50 lbs. Now, that I think about it, that might be a silly statement... Anyway, I'm join the ranks, but my aim is 160 lbs (read my first journal about my pants.) Good luck everyone, friend me if you like. Hope to hear from a few of you. Be good and be careful! | |||

| Hey I'm 24, need to lose 50 lbs, and live in Kentucky also! I think there is alot of support to be found here and I'm willing to help if you'll keep an eye on me. I'll friend you and send a personal message. Don't give up and keep in mind that it is about health not weight. Watch the cals but, also be sure to get what your body needs. We're in this together.
