It wasent really surgury...I was awake......he just cut some stuff when I was in the chair talking to him...no cake either I hate sweets ( I know im weird).....my diet has been off a bit with the birthday party foods and that is a good ideal....I get off of school at 10 by the time I goto bed is 11 and wake up for the gym at 6...In between I work from 7:30 to 5:30... :)

Acutally the past few days I have had three people I know that had birthdays and prob ate too much..or atleast more than normal....I am just doing my normal workout or less because of the lack of energy...

So I guess 1500 is the golden number, what are some other foods that are good for you, high in protein and fiber and fills you up and ups the Cal a little bit for the day. Here is an example of a common day for me.

Morning time- Can of tuna plain 160 Cal

Snack- Green apple

Lunch- One slice of wheat bread, ham, cheese, light mustard....120 Cal of Pretzels

Dinner- Chicken breast with a veggie or fish with a veggie or a salad

Snack- 100 Cal worth of snackwell or other item.

 That sure does not add up to much since im looking at it

Well you are doing great, but I just learned if you dont eat atleast 1200 cal your body shuts down kind of....Me as a guy has to eat 1500 a day when I been at 1000. Keep working hard and you will get there

So whats your opinion?? I think the burn meter is a little high too. I have a active job and spend and hour in the gym, nothing crazy like 5 hours. Even if I burn 3000 a day I still have been 1500 calories...I guess we will see this sunday morning when way in begins.

I just asked the same question Cat in a post. I might be slowing us down to eat less than 1200 cal a day!
