| I'm in the same boat with you. I've been working out like crazy and eating good and haven't seen the scale move this week. Its so frustrating. I'm getting ready to go on vacation too and was hoping to be about 5 lbs less than what I am right now. I just hope vacation doesn't ruin it for me! | |||

| I cook what I want to eat and he eats that or doesn't eat. If I'm fixing something that may not be as low in calories as I need, I always fix myself a big salad to go along with and then really cut back my portion on the main course. I try not to eat any carbs with my evening meal too, even if I've fixed them. We eat alot of green beans, so I'll eat double of those what Dh eats. | |||

IF you're wanting to change it up a bit and affordably, pick up a couple Walk Away the Pounds dvds and do those. You don't need much room and there is quite a few different dvds in the series. Different miles, times, etc.

| I have taken a pilates class for a couple years now. Unfortunately, its not a cardio type workout - its more toning and building core strength. In order to see weight loss, you really need to get that cardio in to burn fat. In the class that I take, most of the work is done on a floor mat - alot of abs, legs & arms. Low repititon - like 1 set of 10, but we do them all very slowly, which works the muscles. I really like pilates, but you definitely need to use it along with some other exercises in order to see alot of beneift. | |||

| I think they're great for satisfying that sweet tooth without completely blowing it, however, they tend to be high in fat, even if they're low in calories. Just make sure you don't hae too many! Stick to one a day as a treat! | |||
