hi set some realistic goal which will be easier for u to work towards.and cutting down 1000 cals per day is not at all realistic. try to loose 2 lbs per week, that means 7000 calories per week(500 calorie per day). and it's not necessary that you cut down calories by starving urself.u can also try some easy exercises like walking, jogging, stretching for atleast one hour, either continuously or 30 minutes twice a day. but please try not to eat junk food. following is my daily food diary.u can follow it if u like.u wont feel hungry that's for sure. breakfast(8 am): 3 tbs oats boiled in 250 ml(roughly 1 cup) milk with 1 tbs honey (no sugar) mid morning(10.30-11 am): boil 1/2 cup capsicum, 1/2 cup green peas. beat white portion of 2 eggs.heat 1-2 tbs of oil in a pan. saute i small tomato for 30 seconds, add boil peas n capsicum.stir for 1 min. add the egg white. sprinkle salt and pepper.when done, pour the preparation in a container.top it with little cheese. u can also eat this at lunch. but in that case, eat 2 slices of whole wheat bread along with it. and eat some fruits at 11 am. evening (4 pm): 2 fat free or low fat biscuits, i orange(whole fruit) or any other fruit dinner(8 pm): vegetable and chicken soup. u should finish ur dinner by 8-8.30. u can also try some other food stuffs like boiled alfalfa sprouts, pasta, etc when u get bored eating the same food. |
