hey.. i am in the same boat (well, was). The foods i normally eat: -Fruit -Veggies -Diet softdrink, diet cordial, soy milk (fat free), water. -Wholegrain bread, wholegrain pasta, brown rice etc. -Tofu (sometimes), beans, lentils. To avoid binges: -Do not put urself in that situation; keep urself busy. if u feel like ur going to binge, go for a walk, call someone, surround urself with ppl. -Get a bowl, fill it with fruit/veg: binge on that. -Drink water.. lotsa water :) hope i helped |

Have you tried soy based products? Such as soy milk and tofu (tofu is high in energy and really good for you); both are high in protein. Also, whograin pasta, brown rice, wholegrain bread, lentils, beans, nuts and seads are low/moderate GI and high in energy and protein. |

- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
