Hi- Thanks! Good suggestions! Sorry- I didn't give much info. I'm a 29-year old female... I have a small frame and don't build muscle easily but am carrying some extra weight right now (I'm at around 140 but clothing fits me much better around 125-130!). I don't necessarily care about the number on the scale, I'm just trying to lose some fat and tone up and figured that weight training would probably help with both of those! I'm not necessarily worried about getting "bulky" since, like I said, I'm not a very muscular person by nature. Just need to figure out what exercises to do, and how often, etc. Thanks again! Everyone is very helpful on this website! |

| I'm going to tag along to this chain and say yes! Please do this! It's hard enough for me to log my foods and exercises every week- it would be great to be able to calculate a caloric deficit as well! And while we're at it- to be able to do so over a specified date range! Thanks :) | |||
