| F Y I the protein molecules in eggs and mayo are much to large to penetrate the hair shaft. The most you will get especially from the fat in the mayo is temporary conditioning. You need much much smaller protein molecules for any restorative benefits for your hair. Like protein deep conditioning treatments formulated for hair. Take it from a licensed cosmetologist. |

| I'm a Fuji junkie. I love them. They have been really good lately. Galas and Braeburns are my second and third choices. I can't eat Delicious anymore, they do not taste like anything to me. |

The home page only shows part of the stuff you ate and totals it. It also will tell you how many items that it is not showing. I think that there is limited space on the home page. If you click on the the food items to upgrade them it will go to the screen that shows everything you have entered for the day and gives you the opportunity to add more or edit what is there. Does that help???? |

A kolachky is a very very very delicious cookie. It is made with a lot of cream cheese and butter. If you looked up cookies and picked a particularly rich one I bet the calories would be close. Oh crap! I really want one now. |

| I'm in!!! I am 5 feet tall and way 260lbs. I just started this thing Monday. This site says my ideal weight is 115lbs, but I know I would be happy at 150lbs. My first goal is to see 199lbs. I can't remember weighing less than 200. After I reach that goal I will choose another. It does not seem so unattainable if I break my weight loss up into smaller chunks. | |||

I used to get this all the time when I was in high school. "You could be so pretty..." This is my favorite story. I needed a bathing suit. I am over 200 pounds and 5 feet tall. I was in some department store trying on a one piece bathing suit. The sales associate told my that the bathing suit I was wearing was "very slimming". I sarcastically agreed and told her that I looked just like Cindy Crawford in it. Who did she think she was kidding. Nothing is "slimming" on a 200+ pound 5 foot woman, especially not a bathing suit. |

I love this site. Starbucks Venti(20 ounce) Coffee Frappuccino with whipped cream Dunkin Donuts large(which is huge, bigger than 20oz)Oreo & Cream Cappuccino Blast Those will suck most of your calories for the day. I still have a frappuccino no and then but I get the Tall(small) one and skip the whipped cream. |

| Wow, You guys are slamming all the stuff that I am switching to. I am just starting this calorie counting. I have some 100 calorie packs. I have some special K and Special K bars and snack packs. I bought some Weight Watcher muffins and weight control oatmeal, and of course some granola. Oh, well, it is better than what I was doing. Baby Steps. | |||
