hi!! I am Rae!! I am a 32 year old single mommy. I returned to college and gained some weight. I weighed 162.0 lbs on Saturday and am 5'4" on a small build. I am looking to get down to at least 130 but would love 125. Hoping to get there by the end of this semester in may. HA HA HA HA!!!!!  I will let you all know what I am weighing in at on Saturday. Please add me to your lists.

ok so now you have me wondering if i am doing all this work for nothing. 45 minutes weights 1 hr of cardio and then in pm one hour of dance class. haven't lost a pound. Any ideas? what is a whey shake? doesn't sound good to me. sore, but not overly so now am I in for it later? ohhhhh I am scared!!!!!

hello there I am a 32 year old mom that returned to college full time and found myself with weight to lose. I would love some support and to help support thers. I have some experiance with childhood diabetes too if you have questions I may have suggestions.
