try (not al at once): raisins, frozen berries, unfrozen berries, banana, peanut butter, flavoured yogurt, cereals, dried fruit, vanilla extract, splenda or chocolate milk. im sure there's opther conbos i've tried but forgotten, the possiblities are endless!! |

I used to weigh 107 at 5'2 and looked good but was pretty tiny, you may feel better at 110-113 pounds thats my goal cause i gained a bunch of weight :( Iim in the high 120s now |

Im 5'2 and about 127 (BMI 23.2) and I have a huge binge problem so I want to get to 120, maintain it until I get my life back togethr and then get down to 113 (BMI 20.7) today has been a baaaad eating day !! |

Today I ate tons of peanutbutter, almonds, perogies, cereal and tons of other stuff.. weekends are always binge days i'm 5'2 and about 125-126 and i'd like to get down to 113 or lower but this BINGING is just not helping! i lose weight very easily, it drops off me like a stone but the binging messes it up ugh :(((( |

| I bought a box of splenda no-calorie and i drink diet soda, etc but I was starting to put the splenda on EVERYTHING from popcorn to cereal to EGGS so i finsihed the box and wont buy another but i'll still drink diet pops | |||

Think about it Cookies are not healthy, chips are not healthy. But by buying 100 calorie packs you're making sensible choices instead of eating a whole big bag Just try not to make them a bad habit, eat veggies, fruit, yogurt or something else instead |

im currently 5'2" and 125 lbs, going for 113 lbs I try to eat 1200 a day and do 30 minutes on the elliptical a day and weight training 3x a week but iI have a big binging problem so I usually end up over 2000 this gaining or maintaining :( |
