 i feel the same!

We recently went out of town and i like to "pick" at my families food. You know to try different things. They get really angry(even though i am more willing to share my food) and say i eat a lot. it makes me mad also... i just can never stop!

I feel skinny some days and like at a normal weight and now i just feel disgustingly fat... boo! Slim fast shakes are yummy every once in a while... i'm craving one...

what i'm really craving is a brownie earthquake from dairy queen... hot syrup with hot brownies and fudge.... with vanilla icecream.. .:P

LUNCH: salad with some banana pudding roll jello some chips and some sweat peas

DINNER:Wasn't too hungry although i did eat a cucumber with ranch and like 4 peices of bread with hony on them microwaved.... so good! try it with some butter on it for like 10 sec! :)

SNACK: beef jerky

WORK OUT: softball, and we rannnnn our butts of today!

I'm gonna try this thing where i eat 1400 calories then the next day a little less and then on and off. So my body doesn't get used to just the same amount of calories.... good idea?
