Hi Diane, I am new to here as well. My slap in the face happend recently on an airplane when the flying attendent asked me if I needed an extention to my seat belt. I managed to buckle my seat with about an inch left to spare, but was really embarresed. I am 5'8 and last month I weighed in at 238 pounds, the heaviest I have ever been. (I did manage to lose 8 pounds over the holidays, that was a first.) I recently started going back to the gym, but this time I am paying extra money to work out with a trainer twice a week, and then 3 or 4 days a week I workout and do cardio exercises. My trainer wanted me to track my daily calories so that's how I stumbled here. I too am looking for support. Tori from AZ. |
