Same thing happened to me but my new ones made me LIGHTER!

So confused now..

Just wanna know what I really weigh?!

I'm gunna stick to the original scales though I think.. Always go for the ones that make you weigh more.. that way, when you've lost it all, it's almost as if you've lost EVEN MORE when you look at the scales which make you lighter! Gooood feeling I promise :)

I'm only 5ft 1ish and I've lost 10 pounds, pretty sure that isn't a dress size, might have something to do with having such wide hips that won't allow me to drop a size at all!

I bet you don't have creme eggs or anything like that either, couldnt live without all that stuff..

Found an american sweet shop in southampton the other day, with tootsie rolls(?!) and all that stuff, they are grossss btw

I'm still gunna get fat when I visit the US though!

That's what confuses me, it says roasted that a chicken breast is like 200+ cals, but on the back of the pack i have it says it's only 100 cals per breast. Does it go up when you cook it, even if you add nothing at all to it? :S

In my opinion you definitely need more cals a day.

I'm the exact same height as you. do barely any exercise, minus walking about half an hour a day and being a student we tend to get about a bit, and I eat the same calories as you, I've been losing at least a pound a week and have lost over half a stone in a month. 

As long as you have a 500 calorie deficit daily you are fine. I would set your activity to light activity and log any treadmill work, or anything extra in manually to determine your calorie intake for that day.    

Also make sure you're drinking plenty of water and watch your sodium levels :)

I'm a 5ft1.5y and I'm about 136ish Can't wait to get down to about 120, or even lower if my body can handle it!

Don't you find that us shorties really reveal any kind of fat? If I was taller I would just look normal, I'm sure of it!

Ha; I'm exactlyyy the same. I know having muscley legs is better than fat legs, but theyre soo big, I'd rather find a balance and have some smaller legs!

I love having curves and I'm terribly worried that when I get to my goal weight they'll be gone! I definately believe that putting on weight will give you come curves, make sure you tone as you go though, your stomach mostly. There's a nice sit up routine you can do to make your waist smaller, when you lay down with your legs and hips sideways to the floor but your back straight, then left yourself up! Padded bra too if your lacking in that area, makes your waist look smaller if you have bigger boobs! :)

It was when I said to my friends and family.. 'Ooh, I'm thinking about going on a diet, need to lose about a stone or two...'

 

And instead of replying 'You don't need to diet! Silly!' Like you want them too.. They reply 'Oh that's a good idea..'

What is your daily calorie deficit, factoring in exercise? 500+

Are you eating breakfast? Yess, wholemeal toast or high fiber cereal

What is your fat-protein-carb ratio  breakdowns? 60% carbs, 20%fat 15%protein

Are you drinking enough water? No, to be honest, about 1/2 GLASSES! a day..

How are your sodium and caffeine levels? About 375 mg of sodium, is that a lot? No caffeine really..

Are you eating 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies every day? No lol :( Could deffinately step that up a tad

Are you eating at least 25g of fiber every day? Noo, average at about 12g a day

Are you taking a multivitamin? Starting today!

Are you exercising? Not enough, I do no more than half an hour of walking a day, but I'm at college so that's fairly active and I do about 100+ situps 4/5 times a week

Are you sick? PMS? TOM? Getting enough sleep? Probs not enough sleep, 6/7 hours a night

 

Phewww, after doing that I think i can see a few flaws in my diet afterall! :|

I'm just trying to lose 20lbs in about 4/5 months. I have to admit I don't do a lot of excersize, I just don't have the time. I walk and I do sit ups and I'm eating under 1400 a day, I just don't know why I haven't lost anything :(

Does drinking more water really help?

Aiming for 1300 a day because I don't do a lot of excersize, I'm a student so I have the odd bus stop walk and stairs to clime ect, and I do about 50-100 sit ups 5/6 days a week, do you think this is okay? Says I never have a difference of over 1000 cals in my activity log, but I don't really trust that thing completely, am I expected to write every single activity that I do :S It even goes as far as vacuming as far as i'm aware, surely people don't record that.. or do you?

 

Any help pleasey, really really appreciate it
