Well technically I wouldn't call it exercising but I have increased my activity. I does stairs 4 flights several times a day, instead of using the elevator. And to be honest I'm a slob. So I just stopped being lazy and started cleaning my house...like constantly ( I have 2 kids). And instead of having my kids do stuff for me I just get up and do it myself. So it's not much "exercise" but it's definite improvement. |

Hello to all the ladies on a mission! I justweighed myself and I weigh 220.9 which is down from my starting weight of 233.7 on Jan 1st! I am so happy. This month has been full of ups and downs. I have learned alot about myself and my health. I hope I can keep this up. |
