| Hello I'm also the mother of a breastfed baby boy who is 4 months old, and would like to lose 10 more pounds. I want to make sure I'm doing in a healthy manner so that I don't decrease my milk supply, but I'm not sure how many calories I need to consume in order to achieve both weight lose and adequate milk supply. | |||
