Hey I just signed up to this site today.  I'm in the same boat as you but I need to lose 30 pounds by April 27th.  I'm going on a big cruise.  I don't understand this site.  It tells me I need to burn like 1800 calories a day.  How am I going to do that?  I went to the gym today and only burned 600 calories.  I can't imagine more....I guess tomorrow I'm going to have to stay in the gym for 2 1/2 hours to even come close to this 1800 calorie burn a day.

Hello all, I 28 female and I want to lose about 30 pounds.  I have a cruise coming up and I just can't believe I have put on sooo much weight.  I am in the military and when we got back from deployment last year I just started eating and eating and eating and drinking lol.  I just want to get back to the weight I was 2 years ago.  I've been going to the gym daily except saturdays so hopefully I will see some results.  Wish everyone luck.
