| thanks everyone... I didn't even know that the daily amount was the same (duh!) now I can just add what I do over and above what my body burns in the regular run of a day. Interesting to track both that consumed and burned! Really seems so simple doesn't it ;) | |||

| darn! Is it jsut me or soes it make sense that you'd be able to track that too! Mind you, beggars can't be choosers and this site is otherwise excellent! I jsut started yesterday. | |||
