| Walking is great exercise for a lot of reasons. In your case, good for you and Jessie. The more you walk the faster you get to your goals. Aerobic exercise is also great but has more potential for injuries. As for gym for muscle conditioning and stretching, walking is always a good cardio choice for balance. If you enjoy it and do it often and long enough, walking is as good for you as running without the impact to your joints. I think you're totally on the right track. Good for you! | |||
