sorry I didn't post last week may 12: 188.4 today: 187.6 That means a loss of 0.8 lb, had a bad couple of weeks with me finishing my exams and then going out celebrating, this caused me to gain a pound last week, i'm glad that it has now started to come off again. |

may 23: 188.6 at start of week I was 172.2 however went out for a couple of nights and managed to drink alot of alcohol. Going to have to work harder next week.

Final weigh in goal start weight: 206.2 Last week: 202.2 current weight: 201 So I have lost a total of 5.2 lbs, I thought I may of put some on over the last week due to going home, so I'm suprised to see i've managed to lost 1.2 lbs this past week. |

Hi Need to do weigh in early for this week, as I am going home for the week (currently living at uni) so wont be able to post on Monday. last weeks weigh: 203 todays weight: 202 that means I have lost 1lb, i'm relieved as I thought I may of gained due to pizza hut binge on Wednesday

Today I went to pizza hut and I had the pizza, salas and pasta buffet, and must of had 4 slices of pizza, as well as a bit of pasta and a lotta salad. it was delicious however now the guilt is setting in.

Not done as well as last week, but that could be due to fridays binge session starting weight : 217 start of challenge:206.2 week 1: 204.4 current weight/week 2: 203 this means for this week i've lost 1.4lbs, with a total of 3.2 lbs lost since the start of this challenge, only 3lbs to go. |

Had a bad day today, first stood on scale and I have gained a pound, then I stupidly decided to have a club sanwich and fries for lunch this came to 960 calories, so i'm gonna have to be really good for the rest of the day. |
