I am going to on the "for" fruit loops side...they aren't that bad, like the above, there are way worse things out there besides cereal. Plus, 100 cals for a cup, perfect afternoon snack if you ask me.

Hey everyone...it's been a while since I posted. I had a horrible weekend, however I got back on track Monday, and am currently holding at 50.6lbs lost, and ready for those 40's to show their face :)

Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend, and any temptations are over, and everyone is back on track :)  I can't beleive April is half over already!!

I know I already weighed in for April...but I wanted to stop by because I hit my first big milestone!  

50.4 lbs tossed so far, since Jan 5th 2009.

I now have 30lbs to my original goal, and I think 50 more lbs to my final goal :)

I used to be misarable dieting....however this time around I am not!   I am eating foods I enjoy this time, just smaller portions...I haven't ate a single healthy choice, or lean cuisine meal....and I am getting good exercise.  So far I have felt great, not bad!  I also have people tell me how good I look, and congrats on losing weight...so for me, it's been wonderful.

As sooo many others have said. It's not a diet- it's a lifestyle change!

Woo hoo...I have reached another goal of 45lbs lost...45.2~  And today is our second to last weigh in for the healthy community. So this last boost this week is going to be awesome for the weighins!

I haven't tried the pills...but their shakes and green tea are awesome!  I currently have started drinking one shake, then eating well balanced the rest of the day. I enjoy them.  The rasberry green tea really gives me a boost of energy. The local distributor is super nice, they just came to town recently I think.

Guess what?!?!? I have officially lost 40.5lbs! Just got back from our Healthy Community weigh in and I lost 5lbs this week!

I love the Walden Farms zero calorie carmel and marshmallow dip...but I spice it up a little...and make it 25 calories...put 2 tbps of cool whip in it, and mix!  I use that sometimes to hit  my sweet tooth and use it as a dip for my apples!

Hey all, happy Friday the 13th! Just thougth I would stop by, I was on a bit of a slump this week...but when I stepped on the scale today it was at 264.4 which is 36.6 lbs tossed :)   Hope everyone is doing well....can you beleive March is almost half over???!?!

Hey there Green Team! My name is Candice, I am guilty for Yo-yo Dieting, and this year I plan to Keep it off!!  It's like a gain and lose the same 30lbs over and over.  I am 5ft 10inches and 25 years old. I restarted my calorie count lifestyle change on Jan. 5th this year and have lost 33lbs so far. I am looking to lose another 50-60lbs depending on how I feel and look :)
