Thank you set24 for the welcome.  I am really looking forward to getting back to being healthy again.  I have so much to lose that sometimes I get so frustrated and think that it's never going to happen.  I'm really glad that I found this sight.  I actually found this site in Women's Health magazine in an article I was reading so I wanted to come here and see what it was all about.  I just know I am going to like it here.  Everyone seems to be really supportive and that's exactly what I need.

I have decided to start a book with different foods along with what the serving size, the calories, the fat grams and the carbs so that I can just look at that and be able to make up some weekly menus.  I feel that will be very helpful for me.

I hope you are all doing well with your weight losses.  I was wondering if we were going to have a weigh in day.

Hi girls, I would like to join your group if I may.  I'm 35 and I need to lose at least 85 pounds.  I have been so unmotivated for the past 8 months.  But this is a new year and I want to get in gear and lose this unwanted weight I have been carrying around for way to long.  I definitely need to have some support.  If any of you have any suggestions on how to come up with a weekly menu, which is the best way for me to go as having meals alreay set up keeps me from having to guess everyday what I'm going to have.  That really makes it easy to be bad.

 Anyway, I am here to help support all of you and I hope to meet some new friends.

I made a mistake on my calorie intake.  It should be 1350 not 1750.

My goal is to get back into shape.  I am very out of shape.  I would like to be able to go clothes shopping and not leave the stores in tears because of how horrible I look in everything.

Hi there, I am in the same boat.  I need to lose around 100lbs.  I will be here rooting for you.  I know how hard it is to stay focused on eating healthy.  My biggest thing is I have the biggest sweet tooth ever.  I'm hoping to overcome that in this new year.
