I had this problem, I raided the food cupboard, taking cereal bars, etc. Now, what I do is grab an apple and much on it as I start homework. After awhile, the urge to binge just goes away. I agree with rubester668, keeping yourself busy does work. Things you can do: Take a short walk, check the mailbox, call someone, chores (you can't eat while doing chores, can you?), read a book/magazine, take a shower, etc. But the important thing is avoid even stepping into the kitchen. Change dosen't happen overnight, it takes little steps :D |
