| Hi everyone!!!! Good luck to all. I'm 20 and looking to lose 20 pounds. I''ve done it once and then got lazy! That is one thing you can't do. Once it's off keep to your routine. my advice is healthy eating, counting your calories and exercising. I am new to this website since yesterday. I started my plan on Monday and found this site and thought it was great. i love the messages, they're great! For you who are looking for a healthy snack rather than chips and ice cream I suggest veggies. You get used to them. My favorite is baby carrots and fat free ranch dressing. Fruit is great too. All low calorie and fulfills you! Drink lots of water to keep you full to! For the motivation, keep reading these messages, they are inspiring! Once again good luck to all. | |||

| You need cardio excercise. You need to keep eating carbs, but watch out for which ones. energy is what helps you burn the fat and carbs supply that. Cardio exercises are the best by far. Running and jogging are not going to do it. Things like kickboxing and exercises that get you physically moving are the things you need. That's what i usually do and it works. Find things that your fiance likes to physically and then you will have more support.Kickboxing might even be a good example. I hope this helps, it's what came to mind instantly. | |||
