Yeah I missed it but get to watch it tonight... can't wait... i taped it.

I'm rooting for Terry and picked him to win the first show... so I hope he does. He really hasn't pissed off anyone because he's just been trying to hard to get into an alliance but no one has promised him anything...

he will have SHane's Vote and Austins vote and Courtney's vote too... the other 3 screwed her over. He just needs one more to win it!

Hey I think that's great! I've been a bit negative and fell off for a few days and this is just what i need

1. My laugh and my smile is fabulous
2. My eyes sparkle with warmth and sunshine
3. My legs are nice and long and look great in a skirt

Hmmmm... my weakness at last as a post...LOL!

Me... I love my drink...and beer..mmmmmm... maybe the Canadian in me. I do count my cocktails... some wine is good for you in moderation of course and yes... I do log it as calories. If I plan to imbibe... i plan that in my daily allotment as well.

Beer is empty calories but hey Guiness is good for you... right?

Seriously though as long as it's not a 6pack or more a day then I think it's OK to have a drink. Vodka is the best with some soda or even a martini... with Gin and some olives too! It's a good way to unwind after a long stressful day.

Oh... and I don't know about the states but here in Canada all bars MUST have a posted sign that any alcohol can affect your unborn child... NO pregnant woman should drink... I certainly don't know about an alloted glass of wine... a 5oz glass of wine has the equivalant alcohol as a 12oz bottle of beer or 1oz of spirits so really... don't drink if you're pregnant.

Wrapped with cheese in a chicken breast and baked
Sandwiches (instead of lettuce)
wraps
Cookies... joking =)

It's sooo good for you and high in Iron.

another really different but super healthy snack...
Peanut butter with ALfalfa Sprouts... I know it sounds gross but really it's super delicious and so good for you too!

Is there something going on that's triggering the eating? are you bored? sad about something? thinking about something? maybe have some good stuff on hnad... throw away those cookies so they're gone!

Drink lots of water to get rid of that bloated feeling and he... it's a new hour now right??

Ok well... I have green eyes and strawberry blonde hair... I add some really blond high lights cus it's fun! I do have lots of fun but is it because I'm blonde??? who knows... I've never had anyone tell me that they love me because I'm blonde but they do love my smile and my eyes.

I've been super blonde and super brown but I like the natural inbetween the best.

I have a great job where I'm taken seriously... I think... haha... I know I'm smart... so really... does it matter? or do we make ourselves think it matters?

Lynn... and everyone... my friend Yvonne always says... when you lose another whatever... we'll go shopping... & she's going to take me to LA when it's all gone! She lived there for a couple years. Plus she works in the fashion industry - mag. advertising - so she knows all the best places so it'll be a great time for sure!

SHe's one of those super thin and gorgeous women that's totally independant and all that. She was 'big' when she was younger so she totally understands everything I'm going through! And that helps.

Chromium - it's a nutrient that helps to help with balancing blood sugar and insulin production which in turn... if kept at the right amount... will increase your metabolism.

Hey... I do the same! nothing like a big plate of grease and another beer to get that hangover cured.

Don't fret about it... worrying won't help... just increase your water and you'll feel better.

I don't think it's enough to really matter in the long run!

Water is not the only way to get your "fluids"

i don't drink the crystal light stuff but I'm sure they are fine.

What i do is make my own lemonade or I'll even just put some orange slices in a pitcher of water and that gives it a diffent flavour.

I usually try to avoid carbs at night completely so I would suggest grilling up a chicken breast or some salmon (YUM) and steaming some broccoli and cauliflour or some asparagus... a big salad!

if you're avoiding carbs then I would stay away from carrots. NOt that i would ever suggest avoiding veggies for carbs but they are pretty high for a vegetable.

Hey Chrissy, HOw are you?

I've been on the site since Jan 3rd now and lost 18lbs. AT first I lost pretty quick and then it slowed down. I'm still a pound ahead of where I should be accordingly but it seems to balance out.

I try to log what i do and eat accurately and I know its working. This is really a great place to be... I've made a few good friends now too!

Hey Ashhop... I just got off a 2 week plateau! I know how you feel.

I would try and increase your calories for a few days and then bring it back down. Maybe switch up your work out too! Add some intensity to it?? Add an extra set in your routine!

make sure you're drinking enough water too!

Good luck... i've got about 50 more to lose myself

Welcome to the site! Sounds like you'll be a big help for questions about weight training. I've never really gone to a gym or had any coaching so I just wing it! I currently use Tomato sauce cans for my weights...LOL don't laugh it's true!

Hey when I first started here I logged everything from typing, meetings, eating standing up and sitting down and including going to the toilet..HAHA...

it was funny really! Now I just log the extra stuff... I'm getting pretty good at just logging things in my head now too! even the food part!

Hey my daughter is the same! She's a skinny little thing. She's super tall too so if she stays the same... WOW!

I'm 5'10 and her dad is 6'2" and he's one of those people that eat more food than anyone I know and is still super thin. that's how I ended up this size... eating with him =)

Kristen is built exactly like him and she's super active. We exercise together and play games all the time.

I was super chunky as a little kid. the dr. had me on skim milk at 6 months old...LOL.... my first diet! But I grew tall and thinned out in my teens. I'm sure your kids will be fine just teach them to stay active!

Babydeer! you and I are almost dead even...

I'm 5'10 and 207 and my goal is 160!

I eat as much fruit as I can and since increasing my fibre intake - huge difference! start your day with some All bran and strawberries with skim milk. Have an orange or apple for snack. At lunch try a big salad with protein (salmon, chicken or tuna). I have some peanut butter and toast or a yogurt around 4 so i don't get munchy while making dinner. For dinner I'll have whole wheat pasta with meat sauce (use lean turkey or chicken) or a grilled chicken breast with a heaping pile of steamed veggies!
