I'm currently losing.. I try to go for 100-200 calories less than my daily goal if I don't exercise that day and if I do, I try to hit my daily goal to make up for the calories I burned at the gym since I do a lot of cardio. It's worked for me so far, I'm down almost 13 lbs :) |

I want to reward myself with a bathing suit that isn't from walmart when I'm done shedding my pounds! I figure since I hate wearing them anyways, why spend good money on something I am going to cover with a t-shirt anyways? And definitely some new outfits that fit well and look good.. I have way too many sweaters!! |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
