I am always cold. Two words..Base Layer. I bought a base layer longsleeve shirt at wal-mart (in the underwear department)for 12 bucks and it keeps me cozy when I go outside (Brrrr) for my walks. I'm definitely going back for a pair of pants. It's super thin material too so no-one can see that you are wearing it, but it holds your body heat in wonderfully. |

Mmmmmmmmmm! I make these at home cause it's so easy and way cheaper. Just boil some milk and let a chai teabag steep for 3-5 minutes. Add the sweetener of your choice (mine is splenda) and voila! |

No worries! It's sort of disheartening to know the less you weigh the less calories you burn doing the exact same thing. I have to do way more to burn the same amount as I did in January that's for sure! :-/ |

The values for the activities here in the database change with your weight, so yes, I'd say 330 is the accurate (ish) number. If you change your weight and enter the same activity you will see it will have a different number. |
