so what exercises are YOU doing????? I have done a few of these but today I am going to work them all into one workout- the way Panda meant for them to be! We had over 30 people when this challenge started, who has been strong enough to stay with us during the month?????? |

Good Monday Morning everyone!!!! Ok so who is still working those abs???? The month is almost over and we want inches and more inches lost! Give us a shout if you are still in this challenge! My stomach feels better, still sore, but feels better in my clothes and I can feel those ab muscles tightening more and more! Come on everyone, you know you want to wear those fitted sweaters this fall/winter! |

I have been MIA and I apologize! I have been working those abs so I hope others are too!
someone asked about how many inches would be a success. I have to say that it took me 2 months of exercise before I saw any inches lost in the beginning. But I lost 4 inches in 8 months off of my waist. Depending on where your weight lies on your body, amount of weight to lose and what type of exercises you are doing. Some of us may not see a differences when doing the measurement BUT will feel a difference in your clothes. Stay positive! I have seen people on here, doing the abs challenge drop 4-5 inches in one month! Possibilities are endless! |

Nat has a great idea for switching it up! Alternate weekly exercises each night, that way you are working different muscles. SO has anyone been too sore to workout the next day???? If so...you better speak up! Im working on a routine for all of us and if you havent hurt yet, I can promise you will after Im done! LOL |

This week is going to be awesome! I will say everyone, by the end of the week should try to add a little bit of weight to this workout, even if its just hold a can of corn or your water bottle. A little bit of added weight will push you even harder! Lets do it! woo hoo! |

| Mcderin will be posting the Week 2 exercises and they are going to be awesome! Remember you can combine week 1 and week 2 exercises together, just do week 2 or Venture out on your own and find something that works for you! WE are putting these exercises on here to help you mix it up! | |||

AWESOME AJY!!! you did it and thats what matters! We all work at our own pace! The "feeling it today" means you did something right! GOOD JOB! Strectch those muscles out before you do any tonight. A good way to strectch is to lay down on the floor, leg staight, arm above your head on the floor and reach your arms as much as you can and point your toes. This will pull on that midsection and feels good! renoodle- I got you on the list now! Sorry about that, must be the allergy meds getting to my brain! keep moving everyone! Tip- if this work out isnt enough for you then add some weights while you do it! Just dont knock yourself out! :) |

Also.... Some names are in Italics on the list....if your name is in italics, it just means I dont have a measurement for you, which is fine! Keep track of it for yourself if you want but please at the end of the month let us know how many inches you lost that way we can get a big count of how many inches we lost together! :) *go back to your regularly scheduled 10min. ab workout! :) |

some exercises can seem difficult to start with but throw on some great music and you can do it. MOVE AT YOUR OWN SPEED. if its too fast, then go slower. Those slow concentrated movements are awesome for your abs. Make sure you keep your abs tight while working out, well Heck! anytime you think about your abs thruout the day, tighten them, as if someone was getting ready to punch you in the stomach. I did 10mins of my own yesterday but going to do the video McDerin gave the rest of the week. I also did a 6mile walk/hike yesterday and my whole body feels that! :) Lets do this guys! If I havent updated your info or you arent on the list, you will be soon....just been a busy weekend! |
