I loveeeee Fiber One bars. especially the peanut butter ones. I've never noticed an increase in hunger after eating one. maybe because I eat them as a dessert and when its done no more eatingg. and I don't know about the upset stomachs. I'd probably just say that your body's not used to a high level of fiber |

Heyy I'm 17. 5'5 and 172. My goal is 150 right noww. I know Calorie Count is a great website but I just joined Weight Watchers and I lost 6lbs in a month. You don't even have to pay to try the program you can look up all the material online and then its just cheaper to buy the point trackers through ebay or something like that. |

I'm only 5'5" but I weigh about 175 right now and wear size 10-12 dresses. But I have barely anything on top so think thats what helps =] |

Yes! Thank you! I think that I just wasn't eating enough. I'll eat 2000 for the next week and see if that changes anything. |

My mom tried this diet and it worked really well for her. She lost almost 8lbs the first week. I'd try it but it's not really for vegetarians. =) |

| Heyy I agree with selfmade about the weighing thing. You should probably only weigh yourself once a day preferably after you get up in the morning. If you weigh yourself after you eat or workout the scale is only showing you the weight of the food you just ate or the water weight that you lost and will gain back. butt congrats on giving up the soda! I'm assuming it's full calorie? I only drink diet but I just heard it was bad for you too....but I like my caffeine. :) If your real problem is eating you could get into the habit of really looking at the food before you put it in your mouth. I always like to know what the calorie amounts for all my foods are and if I don't know it or like an estimate for it I just won't eat it. That way when I look at a non-healthy/extra food I can be like...do I really want this? the answer is usually no and I'll have something healthier like a yogurt or go workout. If you work at a well known food store you could try to find the nutrition facts for their items that way you'd be less inclined to snack on the job. I just applied to Dunkin Donuts..haha and all their stuff is really bad for you which it totally fine with me because I think all their stuff is gross anyways. I haven't heard of calorie confusion so I don't know what that is. i actually have kinda the same goals as you since I'm 167 now, 5' 5" I"m trying to get to the 130's buy the time the next school year starts and 145 by July since I'm going on vacation so that's more of my motivation...that and looking better so I won't feel so self-concious.haha alrightt sorry my post is so long. message me if you have any questions or just want to chat. :) & nbsp; Laura. btw I'm assuming we're in the same grade if you said your last year was Freshman. soo I'm a sophomore as well. | |||

yes well I know that but whenever I eat over that I just feel gross. I usually eat less than 1200 during the week but more on the weekends because I"m out with my friends but I still feel guilty anyway. |

I usually eat a special k bar for breakfast during around 2nd period(8:00) at school since I'm not hungry when I wake up and I don't have lunch till 12. So for lunch I love to bring mini wheat pitas and hummus which is really low cal and I also like cottage cheese with low fat jelly. It's practically like a dessert! |

| I only ate almost 1200 cals today. I didn't think it was that hard. I think it depends on what you eat. and I drink a lot off water too. I"m 15 btw. | |||

| Heyy I'm 15...turning 16 in July. 5'5" My highest was 185. I started attempting(haha)to diet in late August and I'm now at 167. I would lovvve to be at 150 or 145 by the time school ends for me...around the middle of June. so yeah...that's me! | |||

| My Sweet Sixteen is coming up in July! and I"m going to be in Greece with my grandmother so I"m looking to be a lot more attractive for the local...boys. haha when I get home I"m probably going to go out with some friends as a party like facials and things. so I have like 30 more pounds to go. My highest weight was 185 and now I'm done to about 167 so pretty excited about that. I'm 5' 5" yeahh so what's a shopping party? | |||

Heyy I"m Laura. 15 turning 16 in the summer. I'm 5' 5" too weighing 170. I would love to weigh 140 (or even less) :) basically we're like twins haha. heyy robin! I'm 15 and I'd say I'm fat too. I don't know how much you weigh but I'm 170 down from 185. and I'm 5' 5". I'm at around 1400 cals a day to lose atleast 10 more pounds by April but I usually eat more like around 1200 like you. so if you're having any "downs " feel free to talk to me! |
