i have the fit to strip DVD as well.  it works really well, to tone up your body. i dance and go on 2 hour walks a day, so its been really helping out. if you go for a run before, it should do good i suppose. maybe if you did the run early in the day, and dvd at night, it might work better.

ah ! i know exactly what you mean. i cant stop counting calories or i freak out, and cant breathe. its messed up.

alright if your 5'2, and 108 lbs, thats pretty skinny. so you shouldnt even be worrying about losing weight. especially when your only 14, your bodys still growing. and yes going under 1,200 calories a day is very unhealthy and your body will shut down, and you'll actually GAIN weight because of the fat its storing to keep your body going. now, if you say your stuck, then up your calories, and workout a bit more. maybe up it to 1,500 calories a day, but go for long walks, runs, workout. but please for the all thats mercy in this world, do NOTTTTT eat under 1,200. also, 1,200 calories a day is the bare minimum to keep your body stable. so 1,500 calories a day would be way safer, and work better.

low calorie snacks:

cut up apples
banana's
rice cakes
strawberries
slimfast optimum bars

healthy foods:

nothing greasy,
greens are good
corn, peas, carotts
potatoes,
fresh grown foods are good,
but you have to have some sort of protein.


trying to stay within your calorie range can be difficult, but it doesnt have to be. as long as your not taking huge portions of food, or high calorie foods, you should be fine.

one thing you dont want to do is undereat. when you undereat, your body will go into starvation mode, so when you do eat your body will take the food you do eat and turn into fat to keep you warm/protect your organs. and then when you try to get better, and eat more, your stomach will swell up so you will appear pregnant, because of the accumulating fat in that area. not to mention your body NEEDS food to survive. if you undereat, your heart and organs will get weaker, your skin will dry out, and overall you will be very unhappy with life.

a good way to lose weight is not having huge meals. most people will have breakfast, lunch, dinner. and since theres only 3 meals, they tend to eat alot at them. well no, thats how you gain weight. if have 4-7 small meals during the day + healthy snacks, your body wont go into starvation mode, and it will keep your metabolism up.

home exercises can be boring if you dont have a good routine. you can either get a workout video off of the computer, or go and buy one at zellers. there easy to do, and you can do them at your convience + they're pretty cheap. doing sit ups will strengthen your ab muscles, but wont necissarily make you lose weight. also when doing sit ups, make sure to not do them all one way, or your muscle will only grow in that one spot. CARDIO is a really really good workout. even if your just going for an hour long walk, or maybe a run, or even taking the dog for a walk, cardio is very important. i also found that hula hooping really helps. there was a lady on the news who hula hooped for a certain amount of time a day, and she close to 200 lbs.

just remember :
undereating = actually gaining weight.

i want to lose 10 pounds,,
i buy my pants from urban planet [great for skinny jeans.]
urban planet is okay too?
as for shoes, i wear flats.
cant wear high heels because then i will be even more sky scraper looking XD

i suggest not trying to lose anymore weight. your at a fine weight right now.
im 15 and ive been calorie counting since november. and things got bad and i kept cutting calories and exercising alot. then when i tried to eat more, my stomach swelled up like a pregnant woman because it had accumulating fat there to protect my organs. so please PLEEEASE stop what your doing. because when you want to start eating and get healthy finally, you'll actually gain weight. trust me. =/
