| hello! i just signed up last week and noticed that my sodium was waaay too high (3800+). i cut down on it by checking the amount of sodium the food has here on CalorieCount and then started cutting down on those foods. aside from pre-packaged foods, lunchmeats also contain a lot of sodium, so you should watch out for those too. definately drink a lot of water to flush it out of your system. | |||
