| Well, I have officially let this team down this week.... :( I was debating if I should cheat and just log the same weight as my last weigh-in..BUT I decided to be honest... so, that puts us in last place, I'm sure.... I weighed in with a 7.75 pounds gain today.. :( BUT....it's been 3 weeks since I weighed in AND we were on vacation... So, I'm hoping to loose it all again soon! I'm back on track and working harder than ever! :) |

| HI... I'm still here.. I was on vacation...just got back Sat. We drove out to North Carolina and had a blast... as the weigh loss going...well...it's not going. I gained a TON of weight while on vacation, so we'll see where that puts me on Wed. I'm back on track today, and drinking my water, so we'll see where I am on Wed. :) |

| I've worked for people with disabilities for years. Sometimes, they don't realize what they're saying... depending on what type of disability he has. If his disability is that he just can't see very well, or physical... then I think the comment is absolutely inappropriate. However, if he does have some cognitive disabilities he might not have intended the comment to be rude. If your boss has already mentioned something to him about it, then I'd just try to let it go. I know it's hard, sometimes... but like with little kids, sometimes they just don't know any better until someone says something. Also, if someone else (someone who's not struggleing with their weight) was sitting in your spot the other day, he would have said the same thing... maybe he's just got a "special type" of humor... I'd just try to let it go. :) |

| So I was pretty good today, ate a little over my 1500 cals, but I worked out, so I should still be OK.. I'm really nervous and worried about weight-in tomorrow... I might actually gain weight.... OHH NO! I guess the worst part is that Thursday is my hubby's birthday, and we have plans, then Sat we have plans, then the next Thursday, we head out for vacation... I'm sure these next few weeks won't be so good... | |||

| when going to Applebees, I always get the Weigh watchers French Onion Soup and the Confetti Chicken. I used to get the Santa Fe Chicken Salad...but I don't know how many cals are in it... probably around 900-1200 cals... but the confetti chicken is really good. |

| Dee- it's not looking so good... I haven't weighed myself since Friday morning. I ate WAY TOO MUCH all weekend long. BUT So far, I'm doing great on my cals (636 so far) and great on water (82 oz so far) and it's almost 3pm. :) I have dinner planned tonight for 726 cals, so that'll put me under my 1500...plus I'm working out tonight, too. :) So, we'll see how things go |

| AHHH I'm being SO BAD TODAY... BAD BECKY....BAD BECKY...BAD BECKY.. :) I sing, and I had this concert today..well we had to bring snacks. So, do I bring fruit or veggies... OHHH NO.. I bring SPINCAH DIP AND HAWAIIN BREAD! AHHH, So, now I'm eating dip and bread for lunch. AND I have friends coming over tonight for a cookout, but I'm gonna be good. | nikki-LOL yeah, you don't want to weigh yourself at night! :) LOL I guess you got your scale, huh!? Let us know, in the morning, how things go.. :) Also, how was your kickboxing class? Did it kick butt? :) dee- I'm hoping for biggest loser again, BUT we'll see.. Im sure I just dropped the 2.25 pounds cause I've been sick, but we'll see. I don't have a reward for me breaking my lowest ever..BUT I am scheduled for another massage soon...hmmm that's a good idea! I'll schedule it when I hit my lowest yet! Thanks! I do have other goals, though... I want to be 225 by the end of July (I'm getting my motorcycle lisense and want to get a bike.. :) I am helping my old recruiter from college and we have a "day" planned for incoming students at the end of July- I want to be 225 and ride my new bike there! :) WOO HOO Then.... I wanna hit my goal of under 200 by the time we go to Hawaii in October..WOO HOO :) |

| walterlevi- it's true what you're talking about...when I first started to lose weight, i was about 340 and my first month alone I lost over 20 pounds.. :) so, yeah, it falls off quickly the first months...then it gets harder! :) | |||

| Hello all! I wanted to pop in and say, well...since I wasn't feeling well yeaterday, I didn't eat/drink much... so i need to get back on track with it today.. but I went down another 2.25 pounds today>>> holy crap! I'm so excited, the scale actually said 239... WOO HOO It was great seeing it. only once did I weigh lower than this, and that was before Christmas 2005...and I was 237..my lowest ever (well, at least since I was like 10 or something). And, my size 18 jeans are actually a little loose on me.. can't believe that snuck up on me.. I could actually get the size 16 ones on....cool! :) AND, i'm feeling SO MUCH BETTER TODAY! Still a little dizzy and lightheaded, and tummy still a little funky, but I ate breakfast this morning, and all's good so far! :) I sure hope everyone has an incredibly wonderful day! :) |

| I do the same thing.. I have to wait for my hubby to come home before I can go workout..so he's home around 5, then we eat dinner. I usually go to workout around 6:30 or 6:45. Sometimes I feel icky when I work out, too....BUT what helps is eating a light dinner... I won't overeat at dinner, cause I know when I work out I'll feel icky :) | |||

| The best thing you can do, is to NOT think of this as a diet...it needs to be a LIFESTYLE CHANGE... diets do fail. You need to make a commitment to have a better lifestyle. :) This change in attitude will help a lot! Also, if you do eat something bad...don't get depressed about it or eat even more bad stuff...if you eat soemthing bad..just keep on track the rest of the day and at least you'll not be "too much" over... or just do an extra 15-30 minutes of exercise. That'll make up for eating something bad. |

| Nikki- I ALWAYS weigh myself in the morning, just after getting up (and going to the potty room).. I'm SO bad, that if I wake up at like 5am and am thirsty..I won't drink anything...until I weigh in the morning...AND, if I get up earlier then normal (like if I just wake up at 5, I'll wait until the very last minute to weigh myself...usually around 7 or 7:30) :) There can be up to 1/2 pound difference... ! OHHH also, if I've weighed myself...then if I have to the bathroom (you know...#2), and I've NOT eaten breakfast yet, I re-weigh myself...naked of course. BUT the cut off, is that if I've already eaten breakfast, then I won't re-weigh myself. I know, I'll do anything to be down 1/4 of a pound! :) hehehe Dee- I sure hope I'll be one of the biggest loosers! WOO HOO... I can't wait! (I've never been excited about weigh-in before! :) |

I'm hoping I can get down a little more before Wednesday's weigh-in. zee- I'm really sorry to hear about the problems at home. I've been there....it's definately rough. Hang in there, though...
