I am 219 today thanks to the new scale and not feeling well over the weekend.  I will be leaving town for the week tomorrow to go camping but I made sure to have plenty of veggies and fruit and not much junk so I should be good and I will walk.  Today I have been busy getting ready so no time for other eexercise.  Have a great week everyone.

I am in trouble this week because my husband spilled water on my scale and ruined it and the new one shows I weigh more than the other one did.  I ate pretty good yesterday so I know that I didn't gain 2 pounds.  Oh well life goes on.

I work during the day and am on call the rest of the weekend so I will  not be indulging.  The perks on my job when you work the weekend you are on call both days all day.

I am in.  It has been a long time since I have done a challenge maybe it will help me get motivated again.  I am 5'2" and I wieghed 216.4 as of this morning.

The support on here can be great.  I was doing very well for about 6 months.  I have gotten real lazy over the summer and now need to get back into this.  It has been hard because my job schedule has been crazy and I am tired with a lot of different shifts but my friends have been a great support and keep encouraging me.

Just remember we still have bad days or times now and then but we just need to figure out what we are doing wrong and pick up the pieces and move on.

I found that when I first started and was counting my calories that it was a big help and I need to take the time and start doing that again.   The exercising made me feel so much better about myself and that really helped my self esteme. 

I wish you luck and if you use the tools it really does work. 

I have been married for 21 years but only have one child that is 13.  I am 41 years old and we have a sheltie. 

I hope you start seeing the results by feeling healthier because it sounds like you have a good attitude.

167 this week.  Down 2 pounds.  I am gald to be going down again.  I guess I jsut needed to get back to work and get off my butt.  All I have been doing is driving and eating.  I will be in town until Sat when I pick up my daughter from camp.

169.  Still not back on the wagon.  It was our anniversary llast week and I ended up going out to eat 3 times.    I won't be home much this week but hopefully things will look better.

I was camping last week and ate too much junk and not enough exercise.  The weather didn't help my matters much.  I am 170 this week.Cry  I am hoping some of it is water weight.

I am 172 this week. 

I had a couple of night shifts over the weekend so I am lacking energy but time to get over it and move on.  I will feel better when I have done this.

I made it back to the gym today for the first time in a couple of weeks and it is well worth it.  I was tired and had to force myself but it is such a good feeling when you are done.

I have lost 73 pounds and still have 54 to go.   Somedays I do better than others but I am still on the losing side and not gaining so that is a plus.  Peggy hasn't been on here in awhile so I am not sure how she is doing.

I am still around but have beenvery busy.  On my days off I am either outside working or out at the farm with my husband cleaning up.

I have now lost 70 pounds and 57 to go so I am on the down hill side now and I know I can do this.  Some days I struggle but things will only get better.

I agree portion control is the key.  I have been not logging my calories for a couple of weeks now.  I am a little more comfortable with know what I should have.  It takes time and a lot of will power and good and bad days. 

I have been heavy most of my life also.  I think I managed to stay thin for about 6 years of my life but that is it.  I will do it again and this time I will find a way to keep it off.

I haven't on the threads much lately because I have been very busy with yard work and stuff like that.  I am still with all of this and plan to keep it that way.  I am almost to my half way point,  I weighed in at 187.6 this morning and started at 230 January 12th so there is hope for the rest because I have started this more times than I care to remember and have always given up.  We just need to take it one day at a time.

Good luck everyone and I will try and get on here more often.  Things should slow down  for a little while because I have most of what I need to do done for now.

momof2funykds- congrats on being under 190.  I owe most of my weight loss to eating healthier and giving up fast food and pop.  I also have a very active job where I am on my feet and on the go the whole 8 hours so my other exercise is a bonus.  At home I hardly ever have time to sit down.  Sometimes I just about eat on the run.  I am so happy for you.  I was at 188.8 this morning.  I did go back up a little because I ate very badly for a few days so I paid the price.

Great job.  I made it below the 190's today but I don't know if it will stay because it went way too fast.  I was at the farm working and that does it to me.  It goes real fast so time will tell.

I used to say no way but I think after all of these years living in town it might be a nice change.  I have good neighbors and I will miss them but there are alot of things that I wouldn't miss.

The things at work.  I like my job most days but the way some people are so lazy makes me so mad.   One girl sat at the desk most of the day while others ran all day.  That is how it is but it is irritating.

This morning it was snowing here and tonight I did yard work.  I get it all because my husband is hardly ever home.  He is at work most of the time.  His days off have been spent at the farm.  I get the privledge of working full time and trying to fit everything else in here.  Some days I am so tired but I just can't quit.
