Morning - Here is my info from yetserday:

Calories - 1377 - aiming for 1420

Fat - 36 grams - aiming for 32
Protein - 131 grams - aiming for 142
Carbohydrates - 140 - aiming for 142

Nutrition Grade - A

Defecit - 1003

Had a really good day yesterday - aiming for another today.

Have a GREAT one!!

Loosen your shoe laces a bit and lean more on ur heels.

 I have one at home and do it in my sox MUCH BETTER LOL

I have to agree with the other posters - as far as the watch goes to be the most accurate it should ask for height, weight, gender, and have a chest strap, etc.

I have a Polar that i just LOVE and when I use my elliptical - themachine says I have used about 50 MORE cals than the watch sayds - I go by the watch since it has moreof my info stored in it.

Maybe invest in a Polar!

Cook what u NEED to he will eat eventaully.  I am a wife and mother and we eat what I cook or we dont eat LOL
