Morning - Here is my info from yetserday: Calories - 1377 - aiming for 1420 Fat - 36 grams - aiming for 32 Defecit - 1003 Had a really good day yesterday - aiming for another today. Have a GREAT one!!

I have to agree with the other posters - as far as the watch goes to be the most accurate it should ask for height, weight, gender, and have a chest strap, etc. I have a Polar that i just LOVE and when I use my elliptical - themachine says I have used about 50 MORE cals than the watch sayds - I go by the watch since it has moreof my info stored in it. Maybe invest in a Polar!
