| Hi wveryone. Just checking in. Right now I'm at 237.5 and want to get down to 200. I know if I cut the crap food and eat right I'll lose because my job is fairly physical. The problem has always been making it to the goal and staying there. I like a weigh we go! Lets go team 3! | |||
