Start date &nb sp; Jan 10,2008 Male, age 64, 5 ft, 8 in Start weight 214 # of weeks of a healthy lifestyle: 16 Current weight 169 Lost 45 pounds goal 160 (9 more to go) Best tip I got: Log every thing you put in your mouth except water, and drink plenty of that. Eat 3 meals a day, portion control, lots of fruits and veggies. I shoot for 300 cal for breakfast, 300 cal for lunch, 500 cal for dinner, 100-200 cal whem I get the munchies. I do not work out but I am very active and walk a lot.

Go to Walmart and buy Sam's Club brand. $1.50 for a standard size jar. It is excellent, very low calorie and far cheaper than the advertized brands |

I would throw them away. I can't think of a food that would be worse for you. Yeah I can, but refried beans is up on the list. |
