At the beginning of september i joined an 8 week boot camp...it was mon-wed-fri morning at 5:45 til 7:00 ! hardcore....

I was really fun and always different because of the pro trainers, and kick ass, sweaty, outdoor workouts. I didnt lose that much, but that wasnt my main goal, and i dont really need to. But my waist size and bust dropped 2 inches. My body fat percent dropped from 26% to 20%..with a 5lb loss.

I saw most of the results within 4 weeks, and they tracked our running, sprints, pushups and obstacle courses...it was amazing to see how everyone in the group improved, from beginning to middle to end!

Just try to have a great workout atleast 3 times a week and you'll see results within a month! Make sure its something that you enjoy....

yeah green tea, caffeine, spicy foods, (cayenne pepper), grapefruit extract, exercise, muscle, water,

sometimes if you have like a tablespoon of applecider vinegar before you eat...helps it metabolize better, and makes you less hungry..

WEll I dont know how old you are, height, etc...

But maybe like a diet of 1800 cals with some good exercise in there...

drink tons of WATER, always always have gum stashed EVERYWHERE...drink tea!!!

Try and think about what you are doing while you are eating or before you go and get your binge food..as hard as that is...

And yes you definitly dont want this too go on any longer trust me!!!!The longer the goes the worse the results get, such as depressiong, rapid weight gain, isolationg, anger at everyone, etc etc

Eat soups, salads, stuff that you can eat lots of but not worry bout the after effect

so yeah the sooner you get through this the better, maybe talk to someone about it?

I used to take it..

It helped a bit with hunger, and I sometimes had better work outs.

But it messed up my digestive system pretty bad....

I still take it occasionally

Yeah definetly brocoli !

Low cal veggie soups! i believe they have recipes one here Veggie Soup - Low cal veggie soup

or lentil and split pea soups. which have lots of protein!

I used to be like that, but then i snapped out of it, and gained alot of weight.:(

But what I used to do was learn all the facts about bad foods, like white grains, sugar, fats etc...and i became kinda obsessed with not eating them..and obsessed with exercising and eating green foods like aparagus, big salads..

and i became to not need sweets !!!at all..it  just came naturally

But I felt so good and healthy, and energetic

OH also when i was a vegetarian.. after i read Skinny Bitch..(its a good book) I would always picture meats, raw, rotting and filled with maggots, and the animal being killed...it worked pretty good. I know am not a vege anymore but i still have trouble eating meats, and i cant cook them or touch them when theyre raw!

I think Paul Mckenna also did a thing like that, he made people eat choc or something they loved, and picture maggots or barf .....something along those lines...

I guess if you picture something in your head so much, and so intensly while your eating a certain food...then it'll become unappealing and you'll want to spit it out..

thank you so much for posting this!!! I used to be addicted to diet coke....but stopped, but have always wanted to drink it again..

The dark ones will have antioxidants...

they kinda taste different, and for the taste part i like the dark ones, not that im picky...personal preferance really....

hmm... I don't know about the red feet, maybe your circulations cut off? ...maybe try smaller socks...

The muscle pain sounds like shin splints, try to run on grass or soft ground, and ice after each run, and do some "toe exercises"....although it could be something else.... if it gets any worse go to your doctor or get it seen.

Otherwise maybe just search the web a bit....

I am a pescetarian....dont eat fish too often but I do..

I remember before I became a pescetarian...I thought it would be impossible to go with out meat! like bacon, sausages......but now i cringe whenever I see someone eating them!

Also go to vegetarian websites...for recipes...and watch some of peta's videos on animal abuse and factory farming! It disgusts me.....also imagine what your eating...if your gonna eat meat.....dead rotting flesh, maybe infested with some maggots too.. hehe yeah good luck!

haha calm down..... firstly, your weight will always go up and down.... it depends on your water retention, and the last time you went to the bathroom. just wait a few days, and it will probly go back to normal :)

I believe im kinda the same or maybe more???but i had alot of club soda yesterday hahh......salty....

so 129lbs...........but ive been pretty healthy this week..:)

im thinking of doing a fast, for springbreak....either the master cleanse or just a fast.....my friend just did a 12 day fast and really liked it... ive been researching the topic now for quite awhile and would try to do it for a week or less....

wait! you ment a veg./fruit juicing cleanse with by freshly juicing veggies right?!?!?!? juices are extremely healthy for you specially when you drink them right after you made them! get some wheatgrass, spinach, carrots beets, apples...whatever and go crazy! and yes stellajo has a point but the less...apples/fruits you put in the better....and some people can go without solids, and somefeel fine......but im no expert

i did a cleanse thats starts with juicing..then you slowly start adding stuff back in.......it was really good and for only 7 days.....just make sure you dont do vigorous exercise..yoga and walking are good... and dont do it for a looong period of time!

this week wasnt as great as last week soo....my loss slowed down .... i think im about the same.....128ish and yeah im not drinking enough water either.....but i just made a cup of tea:) and im trying to eat alot more protein...i really dont think i was getting enough before......

alright well i like stevia..and im still gonna use it....although not too long ago i saw a post about new info that stevia could be a carcinagen......er something ?....but there wasnt many tests or much proof and they've been using stvia for thousands of years........so im gonna keep using it..

as for splenda....i like splenda better than aspartame...but not by much...:(....and i avoid aspartame as much as possible....

Wooot! this week was superb for me!!!ive been majorly exercising!(going to alot of fitness classes...walking whenever i can......

and absolutely NO sugar!!!!!!! even fruits.....i just need a break from it for awhile...and the pounds came offf!

oohh i wish i had DDR!!it looks like sooo much fun...but i dont have umm xbox or whatever you need to play it..too bad :(

but yeah i like those little things...like in gym whenever we play capture the flag or one of those games that you used to play when you were reallly young hah...and then it doesnt feel like exercise...

anyways so far ive lost about 5lbs...and wanna get down to 115...currently at 127ish

we built a school in sierra leone...along with a well in africa....our school is veryyy proud!!!its such a good cause! along with lots of non perishable food.. haha on halloween indstead of trick or treating for candy, we trickor treat for food!!!wow it was heavy...but got a huGE truck load..and we entered in a contest to see which school got the most food...and we won!!!and then this singer guy shaun holookoff came to our school! hah its amazing because we are our own organizations....managed and run by students!

okay yes i agree with what everyone is saying....

but! i would love to join his gym...i mean you would get such a good workout! hah.....but yeah if i weighed more or was out of shape then i would be to selfconcious, and would have to lose a bit, or atleast get stronger before i went....i dono but i bet you have to pay alot..

also if you look at his comments, most of the people are positive, well his past clients, they seemed really happy with the results...

but yeah his site is really sexual, sheesh i thought i was on a porn site when i first saw it hah..... and the woman in the cage yeah thats just weird.... but i would love the dj!!!! and the people that were working out there looked fab...

i heard that it was caused by constipation...as well as what others said... like my teacher once said "if ya dont eat-then ya dont poop-if ya dont poop-then ya die"

my school has like sooooo many charity group its crazy......we put on alot of music, talent shows, dinners, bottle drives, guest speakers, documentaries, etc Everything! to help people in sierra leone, africa, mexico, amnesty int.....just people in need! Feels good to volunteer.:)

goood afternooon.... im 131, i dono guess that a gain...but i feel alot stronger!hah i was wrestling with my dad and he was sooo surprised by my strength hehee, i can beat him up now:P I can do 25 gooood pushups in a row!

yeah ive been eating more protein too, and cutting down on carbs....i think it helps... and i havent eaten cereal in like 5 or 6 days!!yay and whenever i get a craving i eat bananas and yogurt..mmm, and they seem to be less frequent.

hasta..is south beach a hi-carb or a lo-carb diet?

do we need someone to do stats?i could try to, tommorow maybe..
