Primadonna98 you rock!  It's so nice to read about all the successes.  Way to go everyone! 

I had an exceptionally bad day yesterday but made an extremely conscious effort to turn it around today.  Yesterday I ate twice my total calories... ugh!  But did not get up and berate myself all day long.  Ate healthy, and worked my butt off at kickboxing.  The best part is... I didn't go to extremes and starve all day.  I just went back to normal.  BIG step for me.

Girl! The binge is your body's way of telling you to feed yourself!  You're starving yourself.  You might think that you're invincible because you're young and resillient but coming from someone who knows... you're gonna regret it later.  Your body may be able to bounce back and forth but your metabolism won't.  The best way to ensure that you'll have weight problems in the future is to crash diet when you're young.  I don't expect you to believe me, or anyone else giving you advice... but ask your doctor.

I was wondering the same thing.  I found a form but it looks like you have to print it out???  I'm looking for something to track in my profile.  Anybody?

So this is really working for you?!  I just got the game for my kids for Christmas... never thought I could benefit too.  Seriously though... how do you enter it into your activity log?  Ha ha ha!

Hello all!  My name is Danielle and I'm brand new to the site... this is officially day 1.  I'm 28 - 5,3 - 179lbs. and looking to lose 40-50lbs.  I had a baby seven months ago and I want my body back!   I'm trying the calorie counting for the first time and working out as much as possible.  I suffer from low motivation with bouts of weak will power and would love a few friends to help keep me in check.  Looking forward to meeting you all.
