How funny, I just noticed this same thing myself today!?  I used to be an 8 but when I got pregnant with my first child my feet went to a 9 and have stayed there until today when I went to try on shoes and the 9 was sliding right off of my feet!  I'm the same weight now that I was when I got pregnant with my first child so it would make sense.  I'm glad too, I hated being a 9!

Yeah, the cardio machines can be really boring...I hated doing it too until I switched to a gym that has little TVs on every piece of cardio!

From what I've heard you've got to be able to lose a lot more than just 15 pounds to be on that program...seeing as they claim you will lose that in a month.

I have a poloar A5 or something and I wore my HRM during a weight lifting day the other day.  In just 55 minutes I had burned about 135 calories...so, not that much.  HOWEVER, when I took a high impact Step class last month and had the HRM on, it reported that I had burned 969 calories in an hour's class!  I tend to believe it too because my HR was 87-92% the WHOLE class.  And that was with me having to rest a lot more than the other people too...I don't know the routines as well as them and I'm not in that great of shape.

One thing to add too, I think the more in shape you get the less calories you burn doing a certain activity.  I've certainly found that with the elliptical machine...when I started level 1 killed me and jacked my HR up really high...now that I've been doing it for a year, I need to have it on level 8 to be able to maintain my HR at 135 BPM.

You should try doing some intense exercise to shock your body into letting go of some of the weight.  Try 15 minutes of running stairs or spinning...I just started that and the #s are coming off faster now!

Hey, just wanted to let you know that 208 was my highest weight, not current weight! I WISH I would have lost 13 pounds but sadly, I did not! Check it out and you'll see...can you update the post so that the actual "Biggest Loser" for the week is announced!?!

Ugh, I hate having big boobs (40E).  Of course they've gotten progressively bigger as I've gained 70 pounds over the last 10 years and had two kids but they never seem to go away when I lose weight, oddly enough.

 Well, nevermind though...I'm going for a reduction in a couple of months and I'm going to request to be a C.  I feel like that's the best size...big enough to fill out tops and dresses nicely but small enough that they don't get in the way and also my waistline will appear again.

There is a certain point to where your body will likely stop losing EASILY...and that is called your Set Point.  Though, I know someone that lowered theirs by working out at the gym for an entire year every day for 2-2.5 hours.  Essentially, he just upped his metabolism and changed it so that now he burns more regardless.

Make yourself a rule that to eat you have to be sitting down at the table.  If you have to carry your nibbles to the table and sit down, you'll probably have a longer chance to talk yourself out of it!

For lent I'm giving up chocolate and surfing the web as much as I do.  I will limit myself to this site (obviously, I need to still log my calories) and my blog which I'm using as my weight loss journal but that's it.   I think it's gonna be really tough for me!

 Though, what people forget about Lent is that you actually are allowed to have the thing you gave up every Sunday during Lent.  So, it may be attainable after all.

It happens to me too!  And in about the past 3 weeks I've netted a 7.5 pound loss.  It's definately frustrating though...just wish I wasn't compelled to weigh myself every day!
