Long time no post! Hi friends! So I have been CRAZY busy with work and school! I actually gained some wait over the past month and I'm not happy about it! I need to slow down and actually give a crap about what I eat! Okay so here is my list for today! B: oatmeal with cinnamon, splenda and artificial vanilla= 225 L: can of organic spaghettie-o's= 300 D: grilled eggplant tossed in garden vegetable pasta suace and a tomato basil garden burger on trader joe wheat bread, mini cheese and potato perogies, and steamed broccoli= 538 Dsrt: chocolate chunk chex mix bar=140 S: I'm going to have carrots and hummus! |

Chrissy rf peanut butter is my way of saying "reduced fat" for I am far to lazy to type it all out sometimes haha. Yesterday was hungry hungry hippo day I did not count calories really but i will till post my food S: my snack was after midnigh i had a pbj on ww bread with rf pb and sf strawberry jam= 240 B: oatmeal with apples, cinnamon and splenda= 240 L: boca vegan burger on ww sandwich thin with ketchup, mustard and ff american, left over parmesan mashed potatoes broccoli and a bowl of moose tracks= 540 S: a sample of crackers and hummus and fresh mozzarella in a lemon glaze at Whole Foods lol= I will guess about 60 lol D: Polenta, 3 pieces of bbq popcorn, a tiny slice of french cheese, a nibble of bread and a berry almond luna bar all eaten sporadically throughout the night at work lol= I'm guessing 500? |

1. candy: Peppermint bark! Oh so good! Saw some yesterday at Harry and David's and the boyfriend and I got excited! I also love Reese eggs and cadbury caramel eggs at Easter 2. cookie/bar: My best friend's mom's Christmas cookies! Her cut out Christmas trees with green sprinkles are amazing! She better send me a tin this year lol 3. main dish (turkey, honey ham, tamales, etc): Green bean casserole. I know that is a side dish but being a vegetarian, the GBC is my main course on Thanksgiving 4. side dish (baked yams, green bean casserole, etc.): Baked sweet potato 5. pie/cake: Pumpkin of course |

1. how do you prepare your penne? I like ww pene in light ragu or a tomato basil sauce 2. how do you like your ravioli? what filling? what sauce? I swap out lasagna noodles for eggplant and I use seasoned tofu for a meat sub 4. how do you like your mashed potatoes? I also love instant because they are quick and easy, pretty low in cals and come in all sorts of variations 5. how do you eat your sweet potatoes/yams? Kawd11 good luck finding them! If you do and live in Philadelphia hook a sister up lol! Yeah you have no idea how badly my roomie and I wanted these and did not find them at the store! Granted we only went to one store because we were not that obsessed with them, but still it was sad. I'm sure if we hit up Target we shall succeed! Any one else do this trick? The trick is you know you are not going to have ton of trick or treaters considering the location of your house, so you purchase the really good candy so you have all the left overs? Lol that's what we're planning on doing :-). |

So I'm back but sucking at posting lol. Being in a new city and starting school makes you busy! At least I found a job! I start Wednesday Friday: B: made french toast sticks w/ ww bread an egg white and some skim milk and vanilla extract and dunked them in sf syrup with apple slices= 289 L: vegetarian vegetable soup and a grilled cheese made with ww bread. ff cheddar and light laughing cow= 320 D: The boyfriend took me out to celebrate the new job to this nice place called Marathon Grill. I had a "Control Freak" salad which had garden greens, gorgonzola, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, and grilled tofu with ff italin= I'm guessing 350 Dsrt: We order smoothies from the restaurant. I had a strawberry, banana blueberry, ff frozen yogurt and skim milk= I'm guessing 320 S: Went out for a drink after and had a 3 olives cherry and a diet. Good snack right? Lol= 70 Yesterday B: oatmeal with splenda and powdered pumpkin spice creamer to add flavor= 255 L: Trader Joe's soy nuggets with ketchup anda side of cheesy garlic broccoli= 305 D: grilled chickn' patty with light bbq sauce and red hot and a slice of provolone on ww sandwich thin with steamed mixed veggies and a small helping of Bob Evans mashed potatoes= 470 Dsrt: chopped up strawberries mixed in ff vanilla fro-yo= 160 S: small bowl of peanut butter cup ice cream= 110 WO: I walk EVERY day! I walk 5 minutes to the train daily, then 5 minutes uphill to go home from the train! I walk all around Center City. That is my new gym: my city lol. |

I have never liked butterfinges. I just think they are tastless and not fun. I always dug them out of my pillow case after trick or treating and passed them straight over to my mother, who adores them lol. I also hated those stupid bit-o-honey garbage they call candy haha. Oh! Heath bars are nasty as well lol So my roommate and I were hanging out at this park today and we started to reminisce about being children and the candy we got for Halloween. We both came to the conclusion that caramel apple pops are incredible and sought out to purchase some tonight while on our super long grocery adventure tonight. Too bad Super Fresh DID NOT CARRY THEM!! Needless to say her and I were pretty upset. It's okay though they had Edy's ice cream buy one get one free so for under 9 bucks we did get 4 containers of ice cream :-) |

My list is random. Most of my dislike for certain foods started as a child. I hate butter. My parents ruined it for me by leaving it out on the counter in a porcelain butter dish. Every time the lid was removed, this congealed, sweaty, super slimy semi-solid goo just made me want to vomit! Ranch dressing.I've always hated it! I was that odd child who preferred blue cheese over ranch! I can't stand oil. I mean any kind; canola, vegetable, olive, any of it! The consistency and sliminess is the same concept as the butter! I don't like cake. I will eat the icing and or any filling that inhabits the center, but the actual cake part I'll pass on. Okra. The MOST disgusting vegetable on the face of this planet! My step-dad used to make soup and toss okra into. Ew! I hate fried food. I feel as if my face will erupt into a volcano of grease induced pimples! |

My parents have totally ruined butter for me. I think of butter as a soft, sweaty, coagulated blob of grossness. They always put a stick of butter in a butter dish and leave it on the counter. It's so nasty looking that it has forever turned me off of butter. My boyfriend does this too. Gross! Now mayo? That is just so gross to leave it in your pantry.....opened! Bla! |

I can not do super froo froo girly drinks. The sugar gets to me. If I consume too many, the next day my stomach hates me and rebels! Lol. I tend to stick to rum and diet with a lemon wedge :-). I also love wine! Reisling or Pinot Grigio :-). I say rum or vodka with diet or a light beer or glass of wine is your best bet. Cheers! |

I am back! Lol long time no post! I was in Philly for a week getting things ready for the big move on Octobe 3rd and I ate like crap and did not count lol! I started counting like a good girl again on Friday :-). I feel ya on the sugar cravings! I too could eat 15 cookies, but I'd feel sick lol. I tend to not tolerate sugar as well as I did when I was a kid. Always have hada sweet tooth. I used to polish off one of those boxes of Rainbow Nerds and feel fine! I ate a DQ blizzard the other day and it was good but the sweet got to me. Same with the cookie I ate yesterday. Yesterday: B: 2 packets of maple brown sugar instant oatmeal;=320 L: easy mac, chocolate chip granola bar, carrots and a ff strawberry yogurt= 430 S: A cookie when I left work, chocolate chip= 180 WO: Walked home a mile from the repair shop. My car has an oil link that is leaking ALL over the engine and shorted out m y starter and caused it to die! I leave for Philly tomorrow and my car died yesterday! I hate cars! D: tomato basil boca, ff mozzarella, parmesan and tomato sauce on light wheat with mini cheddar and potato perogies and steamed green beans= 392 S: A bagel with LOTS of peanut butter.= 340 I was a bit higher than I wanted. I miss counted the snack. I was thinking 240 but forgot I used 2 tbsp of the PB and not just one lol. Hey I was stressed, I still stayed in my range. Could of been worse! Lol |
