WOW didnt know you can microwave eggs... learn something new everyday! I had salminella (sp) once wheni was younger, so i have always made sure my eggs were cooked VERY WELL done... i will have to ry that ! THANKS |

thank you very much for responding, i'm new at this.... I can keep milk at work, but was worried about cereal, carbs etc. Is fiber one ok? or special K?
