Don't stress too much. When I was pregnant with my son, I went to the gym up until the day before I had him and worked out on the eliptical machine and I still gained 60 lbs (gained 72 with my daughter). With my son though it came off fast - I was back in my regular clothes in less than 2 months. And so you know I am not one of those people who loses wait easily - I gain it easily. I think if you can stay active and get back to working out after she's born you will be fine. |

| I understand where you guys are coming from. My husband came home with 10 boxes and then ran into 2 little girls we know, so another 4 boxes. I have been bringing them to work and feeding them to my co-workers. I do have a box of thin mints in the freezer though - tucked way in the back. Maybe once I get the last 15 to 20 lbs off and I have gone on my trip to Mexico...I'll have some. Usually can't stop at one or two it is usually the whole sleeve!! | |||

| Some diet pills work. My doctor put me on phetermine and I have lost 15 lbs in 2 months. It curbs my appetite. I am watching what I eat and working out 4 or 5 days a week. It's not for everyone and you have to be monitored by your doctor closely. Mine gave it to me, because after 3 months of running 4 miles a day and watching my diet I hadn't dropped a pound. Now it is coming off. | |||

| Chest exercises. Most of the boob is fat, but the muscle on top can stay in shape and help retain form. Do the butterfly machine, chest presses, etc. Hope this helps. I completely understand where you are coming from since that was one of the places I would lose it first. | |||

I think your metabolism slows if you don't get enough sleep and I know that when I am tired I tend to eat - thinking it is giving me more energy. That is not to say you can skip out on all our morning workouts! |

| Try a frozen meal - I just had a weight watchers smart one meal for 230 calories and 2.5 grams of fat - this way you actually eat a meal. | |||

| I know they say not to watch TV or read while eating, but maybe if you incorporated an activity into eating - read a paragraph between bites for example, it may make you slow down. I watch TV during dinner and try to make the meal last 30 minutes. | |||
