I totaly understand where you are coming from!

When i was overweight and first started in my 'healthy lifestye' if i was to turn down something then i would ALWAYS  assume that people were thinking, 'oh it's about time she did something about that'

And now that I am alot thinner they say why don't you just bloody eat it, it wont do any harm, but what they don't understand that yeh one treat is okay but if i go back to eat how i was before then i will go back to look how i did before too!!

I drink a hell of alot of coffee. I only use 1 sweetner per cup and a little bit of skimmed or semi-skimmed milk, but I have never counted the calories for my coffee and that hasn't even done me any harm =) Although If I have a hot cocolate or an orange juice or something similar then I will count that.. <3

If hunger isn't the problem, which it clearly isn't. Then food isn't the solution. =)

Hey there! It is great that you are treating yourself with little things, i admire anyone who can do this and find a way to lose weight! Everything in moderation, but it seems to me that you are still eating under 1200 calories? Am i correct? (sorry if im wrong) You will probably find that if your weight loss has slowed right down then it is because you aren't eating enough, especially if you eat the same sorts of things when you are working out. Try to get some high calorie foods in there, Nuts and dried fruit are great for that! & very yummy! =D

7Lb's is still very good and well done for getting that far, it's great!! =] Try boosting your calories up a little and even more on the days that you workout :D

Also, if you want sugar in your tea or coffee..Go for it! That wont harm you at all!! Iv'e lost about 65Lb's and never once have i given up coffee with some sugar and i have about 15 cups a day if not more, thats no exaggeration! Im addicted! =]

Bloody hell talking about making someone who has just binged feel awful!!! That's ridiculous. if that was the case then every person would be fat!

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal with semiskimmed milk

Snack:Large handful of raisins

Lunch: 4 crispbreads with carrot and cucumber sticks. 6 cheery tomato's

Dinner: Tuna with a large bowl of veggies =]

Snack before work: Huge bowl of  mixed cereals with semi skimmed milk

Snack after work: Apple

It sounds to me that you are a perfectly healthy weight honey =]

I understand the whole 'body image' thing, people can tell you that you look great but in your mind you have a picture of what you would like to be. Don't feel alone with that ..=D it's not something that you should achieve through a diet though. You shouldn't lose weight because you will become underweight, but try exercise and building muscle! Exercise Dvd's are great and even swimming. I attended aqua aerobics tonight! Was a right giggle and a great workout while having fun!

My tip for you is, forget about losing pounds and stones. Work on the inches! =] Your a beautiful girl and I personally don't think you need to change anything, but if you want to achieve something, do it for yourself & yourself only =] xx

=D Your post has put an ickle smile on my face! I always wayyy overcount veg because I'm so bloated afterwards. I thought this was because the calories were alot higher than i thought but now it makes more sense that they are high fiber/water =]

Now I guess i can add something extra to my meals =] Yay ..Hehe..xx

Why don't people like it when I ask for low cal foods? I really don't understand!! I'm eating ALOT more now && I'm recovering. I don't see the big issuee??

zebulancherry- You dont even know how many calories I am eating!! I'm not even skinny!! So why start?

First of all.. Please don't appologise for going on about yourself. You deserve to. Everyone does =] && That's what we all post for!

What you are feeling is so normal. Before i lost weight I was a size 16(uk) and OVER WEIGHT! People would call me the fat chubby one... The one that has 4 chins. Everything! It made me feel absolutly awful! I thought to myself If I was slimmer I would be on top of the world, the happiest girl ever.

Iv'e now manages to get down to a size 6(uk) && now i get made feel awful because people call me 'Stick' && say things like, 'watch the cracks in the pavement.' Sterotypes are NEVER going to dissapear honey and im afraid it's something that everyone has to live with. At the end of the day don't step down to those people's levels and rise above them. Your the better person. && By the way you are beautiful!! <3 x

To be honest I only found out that I had an eating disorder last Thursday when i had a physciatrist appointment, before that I was in complete denial and wouldn't believe it. I pushed away EVERYONE & felt so alone, but last week at the hospital really hit home how much damage I had already done and that I was heading to an early grave, because of the muscle that I had already lost from starving myself and the fact that my heart would soon be eaten away. Vital organ damage cannot be reversed && why should I lose family, friends and most importantly MY life? Just because of food. I didn't rwalise how sociable food is and how left out you get when you refuse your body it's fuel. That is why I'm trying so hard. Don't get me wrong I still have bad days but so does everyone. I'm just trying to fight what became inside me and make my body happier && I don't want to be lonley anymore!

My BMI states that I am not underweight and that I am healthy but the doctorts seem to think I need to gain weight. That is ridiculous because I like the size I am now and I am NOT  prepared to gain for anyone. I just want to maintain in a healthy way. =]

The reason I asked what to eat is because I need some good meal ideas. For example any high protien foods to be reccommended? That is where I lack and need a boost <3

You may be alright at the moment but soon you will feel very poorly && will be advised to add in ALOT more calories than you are now. This will make you gain even more weight that before and you will get really depressed about It. I find your post quite triggering and you should see someone because what you are doing is NOT healthy at all!

Although yesterday was a great day, do you ever feel like you wake up && know that your going to have a VERY hungry day? Coz todaa I'm feeling very hungry and that means its 6.45 and ive had a bowl of cereal already. I hate the feeling that I'm going to have a hungry day it makes me want to restrict so that I have control again....Arrrrrrrrrrrgggg!!!!!
